了。那个警察说Ohio全州都不允许在intersection u-turn，然后就给我开了张ticket
，但是奇怪的是拿到ticket后发现上面写的是no signal when making u-turn。当然我
是开了左转灯的，而且也是在左转道上。警察为什么说我没开信号灯呢？难道这样写对
他在法庭上更有利？因为我无法提供反驳的证据？
回来后查了下交规，看到Ohio Revised Code里面唯一一条关于u-turn的是这样写的：

我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没
有开任何车灯，而且速度很快，所以等我看到的时候已经晚了。结果是对方车头撞
到了我车中间偏后门一点。
事故发生后，警察救护车都来了。事故双方（我方两人，对方五六人）都被马上送

不多都封了，但是留个很宽的shoulder，远处看见警察停在出弯处，没闪灯，不知道是
在路中间还是边上。我就从那个shoulder慢慢开过去了，到警车跟前儿，才看清他横在
路上，这个B看我过来气哼哼的过来，收了驾照。
给我两张tickets，一个是cross双黄线，moved beyond blocked roadway，另一个是看
见我的车窗贴膜了》70%。
我当时反映慢了，应该看到警车停在中间就调头走。
发下牢骚，顺便问问。如果我plea not guilty，警察会上庭对质吗？还有我说我把膜
remove了，他们就信吗？要不要什么proof，或者出来看车呢？有办法不撕膜还能棉
ticket吗？ |

事情发生的比较突然，而且我只吃过parking ticket,所以在这里真心求助。
昨天在宾州开车下高速的时候，错过了一个stop sign(警察说的，我到现在还不确定是
不是真有）。估计那个警察在那里守候多时，突然间冒出来就把我拦下了。然后给了我
两张罚单，一张说stop sign没停，一张说我fail to yield when entering or
crossing roadway。其实我当时肯定减缓速度了，只是没有停下，然后后面有辆车有点
靠近。现在更头疼的是他还一下子扣了我6点。
请教各位，在宾州的罚单，点数是不是会转到Jersey？被扣了6点，保险将来是不是会
狂涨？我这种情况，要不要去上庭？上庭的话，能减免（至少是点数）的几率多大？

我第一次被此警察抓的那个案子出了以后，仔细查看了纽约州关于stop sign的交通法,
觉得自己这样做并无违规才去争的，这第二次也是一样。不知道是不是不同的州对此有
不同的规定？(我平时如果车多肯定也是停两次的，但有时候视野非常好的情况--比如
这个案子--我不认为按照交通法必须得停两次）。以下是纽约州对于stop sign的法规：
You must come to a stop before the stop line, if there is one. If not, you
must stop before entering the crosswalk. (See "Stop and Crosswalk Lines"

这个已经解释很清楚了，你那个路口没有stop line也没有crosswalk，那么默认是应该

停的那些都不算数，那是跟车。

2. 前面的车要停下到一边去 我不是应该就开过去 难不成我也要停下来吗 又不是

3. 我觉得警察应该没有拍下来我pass前面车的经过 因为警车之前在一个拐角 可能后
来他看见我怎么超过前面的那个车 所以故意给我张ticket

上车很少，但是所有的车都75-85MPH, 一路狂奔，连18轮都没有开70MPH 以下的了。
日轮，德粉们别争了，一路上啥车都有 大家都开得好好的，稳稳快快。只碰到一辆肉
车，不肯加速，我给了大闪灯，也加速让我过去了。
所以，还是没有肉车，只有肉人。

现在回想起来还是心有余悸。。。
上周末，大雨天，高速路，路面上白花花一片，
开车到4小时车程外的一个地方。
雨大，好在车不多，大部分车排队靠右行驶，
一路无事，开了两个小时，大部分时间都是用的cruise control
我开的是二手雅阁，入手不到半年，要说问题没发现啥，就是开高速，有时候总觉得时
间长了会跑偏，所以要不时摆弄方向盘（或者是因为我方向盘摆弄太多，所以才容易跑
偏？我也搞不清了。）
开到一半时，就觉得又偏了，摆弄方向盘，这时候我的脚应该是要去踩刹车，但是当时
是否误踩油门了，现在也不清楚。总之，车子“wu--”一声响，猛烈朝右边护栏撞过去。
此时我的大脑已经空白，记得自己是把方向盘往左打了，但是当时脚放哪儿了根本没印
象了，是不是还踩着刹车or油门？反正车身撞了护栏后又猛往左甩过来，在路上转了

's Takata Corp. They have faulty inflator mechanisms that don't route gas
into the air bags. Instead, the high-pressure gas can launch plastic and
metal parts from the air bags into the cars' passenger areas. Takata says no
one has been hurt, but there have been six incidents of the air bags
deploying improperly on roadways.
The recall, announced Thursday in Japan, is so large because many automakers

事情是这样的，圣诞前某个早上，我们这里大雾，能见度很低，大约20~30米左右。
我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没
有开任何车灯，而且速度很快，所以等我看到的时候已经晚了。结果是对方车头撞
到了我车中间偏后门一点。
事故发生后，警察救护车都来了。事故双方（我方两人，对方五六人）都被马上送
到医院。警察当时也没有问我问题，只是要了我的车辆和保险信息。事故之后，警
察也再没联系过我。但是今天我去警察局，拿到一张绿色的纸，上面写明是我的责
任：contributed to collision (Yes)。我就觉得非常的不公平，因为在我看来事
故应该是对方的责任才对。我查询了我们周的traffic law，有两条相关条款我认为
对方违反了

it left the roadway and hit a median. The vehicle then struck a bridge head
-on, and burst into flames.
The burning vehicle then fell off the 60-to-70 foot bridge into a creek.

16-year-old Tyler of XXX has been ticketed for failure to maintain control
after he lost control of his vehicle shortly before midnight Saturday.
Tyler was driving on Haugen Hill Road near 190th Avenue when he said a deer
ran onto the roadway. When he swerved to miss the deer, he lost control and
hit a ditch, causing the vehicle to flip over.
Tyler was not injured, but two passengers were: 17-year-old Eric and 16-year
-old Anthony.
The accident caused $5,000 in damages. |
