了我的bumper,应该后车全责，但警察报告上写 vehicle#1 was merging into left

别人把车停到了parking lot拐弯的一棵树下（有很多找不到位置的车也都停在那里）
。等我们从景点出来的时候，公园里面的ranger早就等在那里，一见我们立马给我们开
了一张ticket，说的是"stopping or parking in roadway"。我们和他解释一律无效。
回来后我们上网查了，发现问题很严重。国家公园的ticket都是federal ticket，
speeding啊，obstructing traffic（我们这个ticket属于这类）什么的都算轻罪（
class B misdemeanors）。我们怕的不行，因为都是学生，怕这个ticket会进犯罪记录
，影响以后的工作以及绿卡申请。。。
因为我们的地方里黄石实在太远也不方便飞过去上庭。而且上庭的结果也未可知。所以
向大家求教现在该如何办？另外，这个ticket会进入犯罪记录影响以后的绿卡申请码？

罚单，有点郁闷。
我们到的第二天当地下雪，很多trail都封了。第三天终于天放晴，中午的时候封掉的
trail重新开放。我们打算去走那个有名的lost mine trail。开到山下一看，要走
trail的人特多，本来不大的parking lot早停满了车。Parking lot对面路边有个象
pull over一样的地方也停满了车。我们因为第二天就要回程，又特别想走那个trail，
就在路边等车位。等了一会，见到pull over 里的一辆车离开，就赶紧把车停进去了。
三小时后我们回到原地，发现车上有一张停车罚单。当然不光我们，所有pull over里
的车（大概４，５辆）都吃了罚单。开罚单的Ranger就在路边等着，看见我们过去就要
了我的driver's license,记下信息。罚单的title是United States district court

标 题: 纠结的十字路 - 行人、警车与路怒

早上8：30左右， 我开着爱车在自家TOWN的商业区路段正常行驶。
正处上班高峰时期，路上有不少的车及行人。
这是一条双向单车道的路段， 在快接近一条最BUSY的大道的路口时，发现右侧紧贴路
口的路沿处停着一辆灰色Volvo Sedan与一辆Ford警车。一个矮壮体型的光头西裔警察
手中拿着ticket，正站在Volvo车窗外与司机谈话。
于是我提高了警惕，欲减速通过，期间绿灯由黄变红，我便在stopline前停了下来。
灰色Volvo此时就在我右侧后方半个车位的位置。 我看到Volvo的司机是一非裔男，情
绪激动地在和警察争论什么，由于我关着窗，听不太清他们争论的内容。
之后警察和司机结束了谈话，回到了警车上。 接着Volvo亮起了左转灯欲pull回路上。
而警车依旧停在那里没有动静。
