但让我感觉不可思议的是，这么好的事情，为什么一直不做呢？为什么要在美国政府的
逼迫下去做呢？是因为没有想到？那岂不是说那些人能力低下？是因为想到了而不做，
那岂不是证明了那些人很坏？
而且在美国高调启动贸易战之初，咱们是抱着多大的决心，宁为玉碎不为瓦全，一定要
打赢的，一定要粉碎美国人阻挡咱们大国崛起的阴谋的。当美国提出500亿的清单时，
咱们针锋相对；当美国提出1000亿的清单时，咱们继续应战；而当美国把清单的总价提
高到2000亿的时候，一夜之间，美国就不是阻挡咱们大国崛起，而是有利于咱们大国崛

发帖数: 76 | 9 家里的亲戚，最近查出患了晚期肺癌 已经扩散到肝和脑部了 医生说chemo都不太管用
了 但有一种要叫特罗凯 Erlotinib (Tarceva)，是roche的 可能有用
现在吃了快俩礼拜了，身上开始出现皮疹，这种副反应往往预示药可能起作用了。但
roche的太贵了，一个月要2万人民币，对我们那个小地方的收入水平来说压力太大了。
又听说印度有这个的仿制药，只在印度和尼泊尔，一个是Cipla生产的，叫 Erlocip，
另外一家是Nacto卖的，叫Erlonat。这种一个月就4千多人民币。有两个中文网站说从
印度直销，可是不放心啊，怕是什么骗子网站。
版上的人听说过这种药么？知道有什么法子可以从印度搞到这种药么？实在没法子了，
才上这来问的。看着家里人压力那么大，很难受，又帮不上什么忙。

，英国人。那个国内教授没有在欧美留过学，是在日本留学的，所以英语不是很好。对
那个roche的员工极其尊敬，甚至说道would you please visit China? 我实在是听不
下去了。就对他说不用对外国人那么客气，对他们说话就像你对学生或者同事之间对话
那样就完全可以了。
仔细想想，国内家长努力让孩子学习英语出国学习也是对的，见见世面，知道英语如何

投那么多钱，肯定有专家团作了各种各样的调研，我觉得技术不至于不靠谱。
生药公司都一样，药做成就nb做不成就sb。不过我觉得ino的上限比一般的小制药公司
高很多，如果做成那么结果是属于颠覆性的，股价翻10倍都是保守的。我的感觉10年后
这个股要么变0要么变100，目前看来因为有Roche包养这几年变0的可能并不大。不过这
个股我觉得没必要现在就入，可以等接下来临床试验的结果，这样更稳妥。如果临床结
果好的话，股价有的是涨的时候。我现在轻仓持有，只不过是为了以后如果ino发达了
可以混充大牛。。。

His Saxo-Tinkoff team made a brilliant move. It's that cross-wind thing
again. Only this time Contador is the winner not the victim.

下面是我的厥词 想法很简单 见笑了
也许是痴人说梦 或者好高骛远 这些是我幼稚的想法 但是如果觉得难 就压根不去尝试
就根本不可能有实现的可能了
我的目标是 如果可以的话 在美国的公司卧底几年 然后回国找到风投 创立拥有自主
知识产权的中国生物技术公司
终极目标是拥有这样的终身成就—在有生之年 让公司发展到足以与美国的START-UP公
司抗衡 产品是核心竞争力 重心放在研发上 像ROCHE企业那样 如果产品真的能帮到
人 应该会有好的发展吧 （知道很悬 其实如果能做到被ROCHE收购都算发展的好了）
这就是我愿意把几十年都献给它的事业
有这样的目标是因为来美国留学是心中永远的痛 人一辈子就那么多年 却为了追求理想
很无奈的不能跟家人在一起 如果中国的科研也像美国这样强大 就不用跑到美国来留
学或者做科研了
毕竟不是自己的国家 自己的文化 对于没有把自己漂白的倾向的人来说 真不那么
ENJOYY
虽然我不是什么种族主义者 但是真的很希望有我们中国人自己的强大生物技术公司

CFX96 system,
Opticon2 system (Bio-rad),
7300 fast system,
Step one plus system (ABI)
Lightcycler II 480 (Roche).
我觉得如果不是做HRM，其实都差不多。不过我们组里都觉得Biorad CFX96比较user
friendly,但是出来的最晚。roche是用idaho的技术，资格比较老。ABI硬件很好，软件
很不好用。Rotorgene似乎温度控制的最好，不过没用的。能做HRM大概都是四五万块钱
.刚买没多久，还不知道售后怎么样。

发帖数: 708 | 46 要是你自己用的话，还有一个事情比较重要。ABI和Roche都是用钨灯照射的,Gg过一两年要换，bio-rad是LED,基本上不用.bio-rad就像普通pcr仪可以开着overnight，第二天看结果。前两个一定要走前关掉，要不机器一晚上轰轰响。bio-rad不好的地方就是，升温降温比较慢。ABI和roche都可以 fast PCR,一个run也就是一个小时多点。

by the way, AMD有很多种病因，但是这里大面积negative effect又确实说明与用药有
关，跟genetic background的关系不大，迷惑的很。
