I remember there is a very challenging road bike race in the mountains
some where in central california, that is famous for its hill climb
About three years ago, there was an ID rode in that race, actually I
was supposed to ride with him but later chicken out as I just finish
my first marathon
Maybe you should try that as well |

miles. I start to worry about the 204-mile ride. My main problem is that
while my legs are fresh and my heart rate is barely over 120, my butt starts
to scream. Any tips?
Also for those of you who rode one-day STP before, how is the support (food/
mechanic) on the second half of the ride?
My plan is to ride conversatively, going at around 17 mph and rest 15
minutes every 1.5 hours. With that I can finish under 14 hours. S... 阅读全帖 |

I don't think it's worse than running a Marathon. But then my memory of

Most riders opt to use clip-on time trial bars on a road bike for hilly TTs,
