we stock couple of their model before, and majority of the m85 is ok,
cylinder lock up a little loose, when Judge just came out, cylinder lock was
very loose at times. I still remember they had made a 9mm revolver I jump
on the chance to get one in the shop, only find out first hand the eject rod
really ejects: when I open the cylinder, the ejection rode shot out like a
rocket.

1。上durcoat,花费150刀
2。受不了sig现在的不锈钢也整上黑色的controls。不论不类的。
所以所有的都整不锈钢色，上不锈钢枪管，不锈钢guide rode。
网上有卖nickel的controls。。扳机，机锤，Decocker lever, slide stop,........

下个星期3取两把sig226，一个是black water，一个是elite stainless。。。看elite
的实物比照片好看很多，从一个私人手里进的，因为不在ca roster上。
还从网上订了个barsto stainless barrel, stainless guide rode, nickel take
down lever。。打算给elite换上。。原枪带的黑色的真不协调。装修一下。。哈哈 |

One night at summerdale, our site is right at a fishing spot in the creek.
Caught 8 rainbow trout. Too much dust at campsite and gross bathroom though
3 nights at upper pine. Free shower at curry village. Rode bike in valley
and to mirror lake which now is just a pond. Kids played on beach and in
river near RI captain and swing bridge.
Too hot at mariposa grove.
Walked down to valley from glacier point through 3 waterfalls.
Climbed back to glacier point through 4 mile trail to get car.

Although it is in open water, the swimming part is fairly easy. The water
is calm and not cold at all. I am sure most of you guys can handle it. It
is preferable to have a road bike but I saw people rode on cruise bike as
well - as long as you don't care about the time.

centuries a month. mileage wasn't terribly high, but my commute route was
very hilly and I rode a fixie, which means, no slacking. but still, that's
probably not a fair statement. I have been a swimmer pretty much all my life
since I was 5 or 6. cardio and leg strength do translate. |

在网上补了点课，今天去了我老板推荐的一家本地车店，我老板的劳工是多次铁人，每
年都参加全铁。他的车全是在这家买的，这家店在Yelp上好评如潮，所以就摸去了。
他家没有很多牌子，比如根本没有任何fuji，cannondale，cervelo，specialized等牌
子，只有四个牌子：Bianchi，Look，James，KHS。下午一共试骑了四辆车，分别是
James和Bianchi，分别有carbon，alumni和steel frame的不同型号，我目前比较喜欢
如下两款，当然都超出了我的预算（奶奶的，真实很难控制诱惑！！）
两款标准基本一样，是全carbon frame，都是Shimano ultegra

It's been three days since the finish of the race. I rode a wheelchair to my
airport terminal. Yesterday I could walk without my crutches, and my rest
heart rate returned to normal. My left ankle is still badly swollen but the
recovery is good. In a few days I should be able to run a bit again. Right
now, I enjoy the fact that I endured the pain and finished.

the world has ever seen:
"Seko did some training in NZ in the early 80s. His normal training volume,
from discussions with some Japanese runners and coaches, was around 250kms
per week. He was said to oftne get over 300kms per week during building

camp. He said my style of skiing shows obvious PMTS movements.
Well, this someone was Jay Peterson, owner of SkierSynergy (skiersynergy.com
). In PMTS community, he is regarded as one of the best, both as a skier and
