发帖数: 1 | 12 版上到处都在说遣返，其实不太可能遣返。因为中国不太可能接受遣返，尤其那些已经
成为美国籍的人，他们已经失去中国籍，中国实在没必要为他们出机票钱，而且以前中
国有过记录拒绝接受遣返偷渡客。
所以应该不是遣返，我猜会是这样：涉案人被通知出庭，于是出席移民法庭，败诉，当
庭收押，等候遣返，但因为中国不愿出机票钱，只能继续羁押，等到有一天美国受不了
了，给他买张海航机票送上飞机，结果飞到北京，没有国籍，拒绝入境，原机遣返，然
后美国这边也拒绝入境，最后变成住在机场的人。。。。人称：

博士想拿到学位，要经过好几道关卡。从开题，到prelim或者qualify exam，到
research proposal或者out of field proposal等等，还有research seminar，每个学
校专业不一样，但是答辩前都要经过2-4关。这2-4关都是committee决定过还是不过。
committee作为博士生的evaluator从入学后不久（1年左右）就开始了，一直到最后答
辩。
至于committee的选择，有的是学生选导师同意，有的是导师推荐，方式不同。只有两
年小硕才是答辩前导师去拉壮丁的。
人家普林斯顿制定章程明确写明了，研究生与其committee有romantic relationship违
反规定，就是exactly verdu和song的情况。你要是看着章程对着白纸黑字硬在那拗说
这不违反，只能自己贻笑大方。 |

song的导师是cuff，Verdu只是committee member， 之一。基本上自己导师觉得可以毕
业，committee member除非很看不惯自己导师，一般也会同意。原本就是敌人的人也不
会被找成committee。这里正好反过来，我还从没听说自己导师认为不能毕业，一个
committee member坚持可以毕业就拿了学位的例子。如果自己导师不同意，一个
committee member就算把她说的像花一样，她肯定也拿不到学位。
另外，学校需要证明song得到了unfair advantage，才能令人信服的定罪，这个burden
是在学校，而不需要verdu自证清白。学校显然证明不了。
学校章程里关于committee的例子是学校开始整verdu后补的吧。
学校跟公司其实一样，想要开一个人可以随便找理由，可要是太不合理，这人可以回过
头来告学校。
