我老是给大家推荐p90x，不是因为那是唯一的有效的workout，而是因为我知道置顶有
video，大家跟着做就行了，不必我一个动作一个动作的唠叨。其实，大部分健身操的
动作都大同小异，如果去youtube上搜（比如butt workout, abs workout, legs
workout, shoulders workout），能搜出一堆来。
这周是休息周，很无聊，所以随便去youtube搜了一下，看到一个不错的channel，给大
家推荐一下：FitnessBlender。这是个夫妻店，视频没有音乐没有气氛，但是workout
routine都非常简单有效，而且很多都很短，可以自行组合成全身运动，也可以见缝插
针的用那么空闲的十几二十分钟做一个部位，程度也有深有浅，都很适合在家里做。

是10m (40 mpw), 第一个routine除了提高慢外，还有什么坏处吗？是慢了一倍还是好
几倍？
我的问题是一周拿不出跑4次的时间，但每次可以稍微多跑些（反正人都溜出去了，就
不管了:D)。

我biceps看到一点效果，但是triceps一直没有什么反应。我练triceps的routine是按

我一只手拿一个8lb的哑铃（请大家不要笑，我是从5lb进步上来的 T_T)。这3种动作每

钟鼓铃齐奏的复杂节奏，让人不知不觉就要随震荡的节奏摇摆起来。另外旋律中有中东音
乐的神秘风格，最容易引起的联想是大漠中蒙着面纱的神秘女郎。
按出场顺序逐一来分析各对选手。对于初学者我的原则是用初学者的标准来衡量，对于高
手，也要用相应的标准，这样才比较合理。
画面中头两对选手是右边249和左边286。可以容易的看到，249跳的依旧是routine，他们
和另一对296差不多是唯一的两对跳routine的选手。所以一出场，从动作上就落后了。24
9在bronze, silver, gold里曾经表现出色。男士动作相当敏捷，在Jive中的招牌动作是弓
步下去还要回身看看女士，这个动作在Jive里只有一个backrock的时间做出来，还是相当
让人佩服的。但是和后面出场的同样在silver里边很抢眼的296一样，他们这种很老实的按
照routine跳出来的舞和其他选手相比就很shabby, 没有办法去竞争。249的女士那天我还
遇到了，说有有感冒，发挥并不理想。

发帖数: 629 | 9 其实他现在的level不是那麽重要，除非你已经是at least prechamp或很好的，gold
dancers了，两个人专心练舞，一星期上一次private，如果只练一个style的话，一年
内level的差距就没有了。
还是两个人对跳舞的想法比较重要，两个人的financial situation，能投子给跳舞的
时间是否相当，个性等等。
tryout的时候，没有必要有routine，lead and follow是一个很好的开始，过了一回之
后，如果感觉还可以，可以试着跳一小段routine，不过一般都是男生lead他的routine
，遇到一些不容易follow的,再告诉我。 |

这个选项，我就选了mixed-medium hair。这里有6个category，分别是下面这样的：

Additional Care ($31.92/month):

其实其中的Common Problems已经包括了(Common Problem, Panic-Moment Problems和
Expensive Problems)。
而Routine Care则是Common Problems的基础上再加上Routine Care的内容，唯独没有
涵盖Additonal Care。可是我觉得这个Additional Care里面的cove |

让它相等好了。
一个中断触发多个routine不是问题。可是时钟中断的间隔和我的routine想要的间隔不
一样怎么办呢？比如时钟中断间隔1ms，我的routine今天心情好要700us，明天心情不
好要300ns。
当然硬要搞也不是搞不出来。另外不要忘了，要以“和使用线程比起来不大幅增加编程
难度的方式”解决哦。 |

答：各种database都有可能，当然oracle是其中一种。还有各种data querying tool,
比如toad, PL/SQL, 1010data…等等。你不可能每样都熟悉。但是sas 的pass-through
codes 基本上能实现在大部分的database 上query data。 所以，面试的时候被问到
不熟悉的database或query tool时，你可以强调这些可以通过sas 的pass-through
codes来实现，而你懂得或用过或有能力去学习这些codes.

优点：
1，私立小学注重学习，将来学习上需要我操心的应该少了吧。
2，我女儿的生日刚巧在公立学校的cutoff date后面，如果上私立，可以在5岁的时候

kindergarten，上daycare，就要在daycare多待一年。这点上，如果是男孩，可能就再
等一
年，不需要纠结了，可是女孩，我好像记得小菜妈说过，数学一定不要开始太晚，免得
错过敏感期
3，各种课外活动多，也有校外来开音乐舞蹈啊之类的课，如果喜欢去，可以少占用周
末时间

标 题: 一次未能成行的日本之旅

很多年来我发过不少贴谈日本相关话题，加上读过不少关于日本的书籍文章还会几句皮
毛日文，我常常自诩知日派。当然每次都要特别强调不是哈日，因为我确实也绝非哈日
。但是说这么多，我只是多年前回国路上转机时在东京逗留过两个不到24小时，分别到
成田市内和东京市中心非常简短地逛了逛，所以一直以来我总想能去日本好好看看。
2011年底本来想去，但是因为怕辐射余威，没敢去。2012年年末，我又想起了这个念
头。这一年里中日关系因为钓鱼岛问题极度紧张，这个时候去日本，估计是一定
会被骂哈日的，然而想想还是决定趁公司年底圣诞新年期间shutdown的差不多一
周长假去东京旅游一次。
因为是联航ＵＡ的里程会员，我定了25日从SFO直飞成田ＮＲＴ的ＵＡ837航班，航班应
该是早上11点起飞，东京时间26日下午3点左右到达。先需要说一句的是天气，不知是
