EB3倒退说明发超，中国EB总算吃到点SO. 如果EB3一味用个建库存的假排期沾沾自喜，
不许EB2染指，结果就是EB3C和ROW锁定，那才是一年好几千的名额浪费
你那只眼睛看到EB2C需求不大？EB3C进展到12年不许别人动，EB2进展到09年就是需
求不大？
某些EB3C极品的思路之下作简直让人叹为观止。

，议员上个月找过了，回复说是已经assign officer了，60天内没结果再联系他，现在
40多天过去依然没反应。周围的485case基本都approve或者REF了，请问我这是卡在哪
里了？还是说两个人的比较慢？ 感谢各位指点 |

去年11月送的485 NSC
等了好久 到今年8月排期倒退...
倒退前做了SR 議員 infopass 各種詢問都說已經分配給IO了 但是就是一直沒批
眼看10月又current了
這次NSC的processing time 又已經超過了我的送件日期
但是我還是都沒收到RFE...
請問我今年底綠的機率大嗎？
已經assign給IO的情況下 10月又即將current 應該會在最近收到RFE嗎？
等綠卡等到被裁員 還好找到了新雇主才能保住身份
這張綠卡等的真是心酸... |

但是试了一下发现，因为手不够长（还没上大片，所以杠离地近），所以每次放下去的

成，稳打稳扎还是不错的。
只是现在感觉barbell row跟不上了，其他的几项都没有问题，每次加5lb甚至有些直接
加10lb，但是BR到了90lb，实在搞不动了，估计还是form不对，不得不reload了。各位
大牛有什么指导的？我现在用的是5x5网站上form，也是漏勺大师用的方法，感觉core
很难保证平，腰不由自主的就弯了。。。 |

1/2 marathon (Primo's Run in Danville/San Ramon) for 1:54:00 (chip not
available yet). It's a great neighborhood race. Felt like running in a maze
in the neighborhood streets. There were not many HM runners, but there were
tons of people for 5K run/walk. The weather was perfect for a run. The sun
didn't even come out after I finished the race. This was the first time I did two

最基本的动作：
想增加难度？用kettlebell, 脚垫在bench上。
再增加点难度，脚垫在swissball 上。
还太简单了？一只脚垫在swissball 上，一只脚举在空中。
