关于子宫肌瘤我老人家大概可以算半个老兵了，从7、8年前发现开始到现在经历了从一
个小枣大小的小肌瘤到数个拳头大的“高尔夫球”。大概4年前做过一次微创肌瘤摘除
，拿掉了几个“高尔夫球”，很快又长了回来。但是因为当年的子宫肌壁间挖瘤手术，
决定了我这次生宝宝不能顺产，而必须剖腹。
好容易找到一篇以前自己写的关于手术摘除肌瘤的经验：
是否手术摘除，哪种手段来做手术，都取决于肌瘤的位置、大小、数目和病人个体情况
等等parameters，这个是没有绝对的。所以大家听到这样那样的说法，都未见的适用于
自己的情况。
如果是子宫壁内的肌瘤，手术刀从阴道进去刮掉就可以了，不会伤到子宫肌肉；子宫肌
壁间和肌壁外的肌瘤，要动腹腔手术：微创适用于肌瘤个头小，数目少的，好处是伤口
小恢复快，但是有可能摘不干净；开腹能保证医生看清楚、摘干净；但无论是微创还是
开腹，都会伤到宫壁肌肉，医生会建议有这种情况的孕妇C，因为子宫不再是完璧，压
力大的情况下有可能rupture，对孕妇和孩子造成生命威胁。还有就是肌瘤刚好堵在产
道口，或者肌瘤影响孩子engage正常胎位，等等，都 |

than vaginal delivery (ie. more blood loss, risks of infections, uterine
rupture during subsequent pregnancies, etc). the human body is designed to
deliver naturally. i don't think your doctors are against c-section. from
their stand point, you are probably not medically indicated for c-section
yet.
c-section is really considered the last resort. most female ob's that i know

the hospital where you suppose to deliver the baby. One of the risk factor
for rupture of membrane is cord prolapse, which is very dangerous. Staying
at home is not a good choice.
You may take a shower, but not tub bath. |

我孕13周时第一次做B超，查出左右卵巢各有一个大囊肿，一个6cm，另一个9cm
B超师问我肚子疼不疼，我说一点儿没感觉，OB说也有可能是孕期激素引起的，不过因
为我在怀孕前没做过B超（我最后一次B超是9年前，那时没有）所以不能确定是不是怀
孕引起的，她要和妇科会诊，过了1周告诉我说应该是良性的
到16周我出血，又做了B超，查出可能是子宫颈出血，6cm那个囊肿缩小到4.5cm，另一
个大的变成了2个小的，体积还是那么大，OB说应该是这次B超看的更清楚了，能分辨出
来是2个
然后22周做大B超，小个儿那个囊肿测不到了，只看到一些tissue，妇科的人看了估计
是这个cyst collapse了，右边两个没啥变化。鉴于我从始至终都不疼，所以他们决定
在我孕期不再进一步检查囊肿了，等我生产过后6-8周再看发展情况
由此看来如果是有pain的cyst还是要track的，所以lz还是换个大夫给看吧。美国的产
科和妇科是分开的，我的cyst虽然每次OB都会说些她自己的诊断，但随后都会跟一句要

宝宝出生时可以自己呼吸，但NICU怕宝宝累所以当晚给了breathing tube帮BB呼吸。 我出院当天就给换了个小型的breathing support tube。
老公今天带了我pump的奶给BB，说宝宝又被换了大的breathing tube， nurse说宝宝自己呼吸累了有时会忘记呼吸 （preemie 常见）， 还给吊多一个caffine的点滴，帮助提醒大脑要记的呼吸=( 摆IV的spot还由脚换到手上， 又多了几个bandaid 的地方， 听了真心疼。 可喜的是BB的奶量又加了， 由9CC 变成18/20CC。 希望宝宝要乖乖，健康成长，快点可以回家。 妈妈决定过几天去看你，等不了做完月子了。 求祝福！

那边输卵管。在肚鸡眼剪个口子， 插个管子进去充气。就看到是受精卵在哪边。 不过
那是很早以前了。 不知道在美国是怎么检查这个的。 但是如果是宫外孕， 那么你OB
给你人流的是什么？宫外孕的话， 你的子宫里是没有受精卵， 哪来的胚胎组织？ OB
给你做B超了吗？如果是宫外孕， 那么B超是应该什么都没有看到的。什么都没看到，
他给你做什么人流？ 这不是搞笑吗？如果受精卵长在输卵管里，很快会RUPTURED的。
大出血会死人的， 绝不是吓你的。 因为输卵管很细很细，受精卵长的很快。 我那时
发现的时候才5个星期的。

不用手术。目前还不知道是输卵管哪边妊娠的，医生说太小。看不见。我之前检查输卵
管有一边不通。很担心这次的情况。希望上帝保佑我治疗成功！
不知道jm们有没有类似经历的可以跟我分享一下。。目前心情依然忐忑。因为还不知道
结果怎样。听说宫外孕很危险，但是已经这样了也没办法。只能祈祷祈祷再祈祷。我们
真的很希望能有自己的宝宝。之前备孕多年一直没有怀上，还检查出输卵管一侧不通。
如今刚怀上却是宫外孕。。哎。感恩的是有好老公照顾我关心我有好朋友一直鼓励我。

生了已经快两个月了，今天来写个产经，嘿嘿，终于也轮到我写产经啦！
预产期前两个星期开始就一直开2指，宝宝头位25%, 宫颈软化度70%。整个孕期经常睡
不好觉，离预产期越来越近，也越来越等不及跟宝宝见面！预产期前三天早上3点醒了
睡不着，带着求发动的侥幸xx，完了之后上洗手间发现鲜血，大喜，因为整个怀孕过程
除了晚期内检从未出过血，觉得这次出血一定是要生了！洗完澡，收拾好东西，给ob打
电话。
ob问，你有没有做过什么可能会导致出血的？我说，xx过吧。他说，那就是了，那血是
宫颈出血from xx，not from the membrane or the baby, 不要担心，过几个小就会好
的。如果超过两小时还不改善，直接去产房。
我立马泄了气，熬到上班的点，晕晕乎乎的开始工作。一整天都在慢慢的流血，只不过
从红色的鲜血变成淡褐色的陈血（old blood），我没太在意，但晚饭之前还是给ob又
打了个电话，这时当值的ob已是另一个人，他让我立马去医院产房。我有过一次因为内

, 直接就剖了. 生出来孩子倒是不太大, 7磅多, 不过脑袋挺大的, 大概因为我lg
脑袋大的缘故(我自己的也不算小).
老二换了个ＯＢ, 也是直接建议我剖, 还是糖妈, 这回连B超都不做, 因为ＯＢ说
Ｂ超测体重不准. 他的理由是觉得VBAC有uterus rupture的风险, 而且很多人最后还
是剖的, 这样还不如直接剖.
我倾向于repeated C的原因是如果骨盆窄,孩子脑袋还是大, 估计去VBAC还是得剖,
而且我们也不准备要老三了. 但是今天突然开始怕C section怕的要死, 人都发抖了,
我想明天打电话紧急约一下OB, 再确认一下是不是真的骨盆比较窄. 如果不是的话
也许该试试VBAC. |

果运气不佳碰上了，后果严重）。如果是竖切的，还是直接 repeated C 比较稳妥。
我自己也在犹豫 VBAC 还是 repeated C，纠结啊！有没有过来人讲讲第二次 C 的恢复
情况怎么样？比第一次要困难多少？ |

rupture. That's why some OBs are not open to VBAC. Google it and you'd find
a lot of information. The successful rate also depends on the reason why you
had a C-section for the first time. For me, it was due to fetal distress,

我因为娃偏小被安排了下周二催产，OB说因为我现在还基本没开指，会先上一个促开指
的药，叫作misoprostol（商品名是Cytotec），等开指到一定程度再上pitocin，也就
是催产素。
结果我查了两种药物，这个叫作misoprostol的在FDA只批了可以抗肠胃溃疡的，没有批
催产的，而且在FDA网站上有这么一段话：
A major adverse effect of the obstetrical use of misoprostol is uterine
tachysystole which may progress to uterine tetany with marked impairment of
uteroplacental blood flow, uterine rupture (requiring surgical repair,
hysterectomy, and/or salpingo-oophorectomy), or amniotic fluid embolism and
