termite treatment.这两天做closing inspection,在4月份出现状况的洗手
间ceiling，还是看到了小小的termite tube.
termite inspector含糊其词，说可能是4月份treatment后新的termite活动，不能肯定
是否active,反正warranty么。
这个我就好奇了，一般做termite treatment, 会把墙上角落的tube清理干净
么？如果会，那我现在看到的tube就应该是4月份后treatment新的activity； 如果不
做清理，那我看到的就可能是上次termite activity留下的罪证。
各位有高见否？ inspector反馈太慢，先在这请教各位达人。
这个house去年8月water heater ruptured,在garage,post tension slab，有点

最后，预测一下the Big One的epicenter, 想必是去年（10/30/07）的Magnitude 5.4
event near Alum Rock处无疑，因为this event (/30/07 Magnitude 5.4 event near
Alum Rock)，将弯曲最危险的Hayward fault （现在处于150年的窗口期）与另一条大
致沿I-680走向的Calaveras fault连在一起。不过，南湾鬼谷的同学大可放心，大部分
鬼谷的office buildings都不太高，且不少是1995年后建造的。再加上大部分鬼谷的
single family houses也是1995年后建造的，均符合1995年发布的新抗震规范的要求。
只是在最危险的是三藩及Oakland的Downtown的high-rise office buildings上班的各
位，小心驶得万年船，take care.

就早点，要不然等你忍到4指之后上，折腾到10指累得就没有力气了，我们当时
运气比较好，上午bloodshow，去了医生那里直接给admission, 下午5点人工破水
一小时左右就直接给上了，过了一晚上还加了一包epidural,所以基本上受的罪少
C-Section当时好不用push，但是产后就比较痛苦了
侧切比rupture 要好，因为伤口比较整齐，容易缝，愈合的快点，qqmmpp比较牛
只用了一个小时的麻药，而且是头一个小时上的，据此看相当强壮～～ |

离拐杖走路。你的症状听起来很像，应该赶快去emergency让他们给你splint固定。然
后立刻约orthopedics诊断，多数需要安排手术。这种手术很常见，医生通常不用MRI也
能诊断。手术安排越快越好，然后手术当天一定要有人开车带你过去，因为麻醉作用，
手术完了你自己不能开车回来。手术之后的康复通常要2-3个月才能走路，6个月之后才
能恢复激烈运动。具体的可以搜百度（中文），google英文，有很多同道人的记录。整
个恢复期间要特别特别小心，因为恢复周期长，很容易发生二次断裂。安心养伤，最好
能自己走路了再去上班。 |

1. Equalize as often as you can before feeling the pressure.
2. When you feel pressure/pain, stop and work it out before going deeper to
