investigation，但完全可以对其他人的Russion link进行调查，任何dem，congress
man 以及senator 只要以前和Russuin 有接触过都可以调查，要查大家一起查，谁也跑
不了。对那些leaker，媒体煽动暴动的，刺杀的，都可以调查，但这些Session一点都

之时，这是其二。因此，我觉得调查会一直进行下去，直到下次大选之前都不会完。
这个调查从一开始就是要Trump下台，对于这点我觉得很多人都没有想到。多数人认为
这个调查只是走个过场，很快就结束了，但没有想到这是DEM精心策划的一次coup。
Session在起了一个很不光彩的角色，很有可能是那个“insurance policy”的一部分
。因此对于Trump来说，我觉得要小心应对了。这件事已经从查russion collusion转进
成查finanial transactions, 明白着就是要搞到底。搞死Trump一家。在这种情况下如
果还心慈手软就是自己找死，谁也救不了那种。
后面所应该做的不仅要开掉Session，清理DOJ和FBI的作弊余孽应该是重点，到时一定
会有人说Trump独裁，搞政治迫害，但政治斗争从来都是你死我活，认不清这点还是不

preschool when the kids are at the same age. There is also a daycare center
in Allston and Brighton, "Fairytales" by Russion. Their fee is reasonable
compare to Bright horizon.
I personally don't care if it's family daycare or daycare center (at this
age) as long as the caregiver cares for the kids. You can also try the
public school next year. Maybe you will have the luck to get a seat in the

样， 挺幽雅的。 他DEMO用的是可能是 ３５，５３，７０。 而COTTER DEMO时用更大
重量， 有时还一手抓两个KB。
PAVEL 说选用KB 重量宁愿ERR ON LIGHER SIDE， 完全同意。
昨天只用３５BELL， 开始做了一些SINGLE BELL， 后来一些 DOUBLE VERSION，
DOUBLE CLEAN & JERK， DOUBLE SNATCH， FRONT SQUAT， SOT PRESS， BEAR WALK， STILL
QUITE A CHALLENGE。 DOUBLE CLEAN RACK 时 没RACK 好， 把手指压肿了。 单手
BOTTOM UP PRESS， 左右手都可以了。但是DOUBLE VERION 差远了， YOUTUBE 上竟有
人玩 DOUBLE BOTTOM UP PRESS， 还是 ５３以上的！
我觉得这玩艺的好处就是： 足不出户， 就可以挑战许多关节力量了 和 RANGE OF

重量, 但是还是保持3x10.
core看你练哪儿吧. 一般abs的我都是大reps, 比如Russion Twests 3x60, Hanging
Leg Raises 3x20 etc. 练core其他部位可以参照每个set 8-10 reps. 比如我练plate
raises是3x8, barbell glute bridge 3x12 etc. 量力而行, 保证form的情况下做到期
望的reps. 我的原则是form第一, rep数第二. 如果form做到最后保持不了, 就适当降
低reps. 直到力量和肌肉都达到一定水平再增加reps或重量. |

不过GOLF SWING 那种用力的样子其实有一些ILLUSION。
你力气越大(A uses only 70% out of 300 max is still much more powerful than B uses 95% of 150 max), 身板越稳当， 发力时机对头， 看上去好象没乍用力。 其实力气和速度
都很大。 就好象那圆月， 在地平线上跟在天顶的视觉大小也很ILLUSION。
还有你看那JET LI， BRUCE LEE， 还有体操国手， 他们穿上衣服， 你也不觉得他门
特别壮。 但是他门的身体素质真是我门的两倍. POUND FOR POUND. Tiger is said to be the best athle |

镜，铁瞄才是王道，最多上个辅助性质的红点，AK有很多红点方案 |

hand guard rail摸起来略cheap。。folded stock很好用，扳机不怎么清脆。charging
handle的位置可以左右互换，这个对于右手持枪的人是个福音，终于可以在左边拉了
。。
拆起来很方便，两个pin一推开，upper和lower就分开了。枪膛里面被sig涂了太多TW-
25B grease，感觉就是拉开膛直接往里挤的。。bolt和bolt carrier基本和AK一样。
前面的gas tube是活的，可以转动也可以前后动。把枪前后晃动的时候它也会动，这个
不知道是不是问题。配件里给了一个tapco 30发的弹匣，装上去很fit。试了下suplus
金属弹匣，确实如广告中说的，也没问题，不过略有些左右晃动
擦干净重新涂上薄薄一层TW-25B，ready去靶场了。擦的时候太认真，忘了拍照片了。
