一个是dobbys ferry的townhouse
condition很好 upgraded everything
房子结构非常舒服 合理
问题是学区小学才7/8分， 中学8分，高中6分！
第二个是rye neck school district
single house，房子conditon中等 但也可以接受
关键是美国老式房子的感觉 卧室很小 也没有master bath
可以走路到小学 所以房子周围有点busy
学区很好 小学10分 中学9分
估计大家肯定都说选第二个
可是问题是我们现在还没有孩子 刚开始计划而已
等到孩子上学至少要5，6年吧
那个townhouse更适合我们现在的expectation 感觉住进去会很喜欢
选single family的话 我们暂时根本没钱upgrade 只能凑合着住
但是考虑到买房子 应该考虑长期需求吧 而且好区的房子也好卖一些
。。。。很矛盾啊 纠结。。。。 |

楼主原来的草好像是 Poa 类的。不是 KBG 就是 Poa Annua。
撒的种子应该是 Perennial Rye。

可以住纽约上州(Westchester),这里去曼哈顿或康州工作都方便.
Scarsdale:这地方房子很贵,很多都是百万以上,3~4房有一些7~90万的,不过没有很多.(
我说的是1960以后的房子,再老的屋子我就不看的,怕维修麻烦),生活机能很好,搭火车
进城半小时多一点.附近的Rye,Ardsley学区也不错,价位稍微低一点.
也可以住长岛.
great neck:价位跟scarsdale差不多,但房子好像又更旧更小一点.附近的Jericho好像
学区也不错,但是一样很贵...
hartsdale:这个是好像不是特别好的学区吧??
也很多住纽泽西,不过有人说那边工业区的关系,水质比较不好,不晓得是真是假... |

在6—8个月，应继续让宝宝吃泥状的、糊状的和半固体的食物。在7—8个月，要让宝宝
学会吃高质量的菜粥或烂面条。这是宝宝学习咀嚼和吞咽的好食材，在这关键时期学会
吃菜粥或烂面条，就可以顺利过渡到吃软饭或其他面食。

原料：猪肝和瘦猪肉，姜汁适量
做法：
．将猪肝和瘦猪肉洗净，去筋，放在砧板上，用不锈钢汤匙按同一方向以均衡的力量刮
，制成肝泥、肉泥。
．然后将肝泥和肉泥放入碗内，加入少许冷水、料酒、姜汁和盐搅匀，上笼蒸熟即可食

功效：有利于改善贫血。

着Suit更是挥汗如雨。要是结婚了想住house,那就准备好每天花2+小时在路上吧。
Great Neck, Manhasset in Long Island, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Rye etc in
Westchester, many nice towns in New Jersey, are all within 35 min train
commute to mid town. Door to door can well be controlled under 60 min. That'
s normal by NY standard. In all above areas mentioned, 1-1.5 M can buy you
decent, even though not luxurious houses. |

prune（这几样都是我平时吃的）。看下面。它给的食物link是

与国人熟悉的奥赛夏令营不同，美国Marching Band 的一年一度的Band Camp，并不是
为了筛选队员，而是为了让所有队员提高技术水平、初步学习本年度的表演项目、增进
整个 Band 的凝聚力。一般是每年八月，所有队员和教练都拉到一个偏僻的地方的旅舍
，最好房间里没有手机信号，周围有足够的空地可以当训练场地，每天进行10至12个小
时的集训。而这个 Band Camp 是每个队员必须参加的活动。
这个夏令营对高一（rising freshmen）新生尤为重要，因为这是他们在新学期开学前
，能够和高年级同学打成一片的机会，也是他们学习基本的动作技巧的最好时间。每个
Band 都有自己的各种传统，这在夏令营的活动安排中尤为突出。比如俺孩子的 Band
Camp，其活动安排如下：
1）早6：45 起床出早操；每个 section 练习各自的 routine
