和动作的真实感
这次的Fury从trailer上来看，镜头运用跟导演前作相比似乎更加回归传统
影评来看，可能是近几年最好的战争电影，当然也许会是史上最好的坦克战电影？

观察过一些职场上,第一代老印的特点
印度人种宗教复杂,不能一概而论
但是占人口大多数的信印度教的,皮肤黑乎乎的占主体,具有比较鲜明行为特点.
其中又以男的比女的更加明显
特点
1. suck up,走上层路线,各种方式拍上层马屁,建立私人感情谋取办公室政治权力
2. 骗人吹牛的套话,张口就来,个个熟练的不得了.
3. 对同事/下级, 抢别人的credit,把自己的过错推卸到别人身上,非常本能熟练
4. 背后利用高层路线,经常打小报告,sabotage攻击同事竞争对手
5. 对下级,态度傲慢粗鲁
6. 具体做事水平,大部分非常平庸底下
总结下来
印度本土的人文生存环境下,培养出来的印度教主体民众,
主要的精力和特长在搞办公室政治上, 所谓political animals, 而且属于搞政治路线
中专走下三路,比较阴暗龌龊的那类.

今天一鼓作气写完吧，哈哈。
Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时
候有没有打算留在这边，妈妈声音很小，因为没有准备这个问题，她大概也不知道怎么
回答好。翻译听成“是打算留在这边”。把我急坏了，可是也不能插嘴。我就给他使了

还没出来的时候，收到过一些宣传品，其中一个书签就大大的写着，Is Snape Good or
Evil? 显然snape的identify是这本书的一个关键。虽然大多数人可能都会觉得snape
肯定是好人，否则Dumbledore的运筹帷幄的形象就显得更加暗淡了，但这多少还是一个
悬念，而且大家都热烈期望着snape在关键时刻会起到扭转战局的作用。但一下子就让
voldemort给报销了，都没来得及搞什么sabotage，有点让人觉得挺突然。 |

Un-investigated thoughts are the sources of suffering. People tend to believe whatever thoughts that come up in their minds, as if those thoughts were true, but they may not be.
One kind of thoughts are as what you said: "烦恼都是想过去，想未来，想出来的。" Another kind of thoughts are not accepting the reality fully with lots of should's and/or what-if's.

they might not reflect the reality, and hence false. However, those thoughts
are "real", as they appeared in my head. They are like some statements,

this thought" itself is also a thought, but I can choose the thoughts that
