一个情绪失控的人在机舱里如果伤害他人或损坏设备那就算UA失职。而且就算UA失职，

自从这个人被UA采取强制措施起，除非被警察或医院接管（因为已经受伤），这个人就

医院等第三方了才行，扔机场也得有录像。否则UA把他杀了岂不最省事？
人被拖出去之后，除了几个当事人之外没人看到或知道发生了什么，他们不开口当然不
会有报道。而正因如此，所以才需要UA对此负责，除非UA能有证据说把人交给警察后自
己不管了，问题是那也得警察背这个锅才行。
