字是非fresh express garden salads的。 比如你收到一个personalized deals写
fresh express garden salad 99c, 你买salad blends是不会掉的。
我也掐了一图，哈哈。sfw基本上面那俩叫salad blends, 下面那个是garden salads.
fresh express garden salads降价到99c很经常，但salad blends就比较少。一般降到
$1.99吧。所以我觉得从常理这$1 大coupon是用在salad blends上的。
而且如果我没记错，这个胖子刷在garden salads上还真刷不过。 不过小二也分不清楚
区别，可能会给用的哈哈哈。 |

几种on sale. 然后还有很多一般叫salad blends. 因为这种personal deals经常收到
，有的时候是
garden salads, apply only to a few. 有的时候会收到salad blends, 就是另外一些

发帖数: 444 | 7 这几天酷暑难耐，就琢磨做个简易版的chicken salad. 第一次做，味道很棒。salad
dressing是关键，我以前喜欢麦当劳的asian salad和california pizza kitchen的
thai salad.今天无意中发现了Marzetti的新款dressing叫Thai Peanut，口味很相似。
做法超级简单，15分钟搞定。
skinless鸡胸盐、油和black pepper腌一下，放入不沾锅煎至焦黄，凉凉后切块，
面包片烤得焦黄一些，切小块。
青色和紫色的lettuce切条
sliced almond
西红柿切细片
以上所有用dressing拌一下就可以开吃了。另外可以再加些煮好的毛豆，橘子半，口味
更佳。
另外大家有做chicken salad的dressing可以推荐的吗？有没有尝过Kraft的light zesty Italian和free thousand island? |

发帖数: 71 | 19 天气逐渐热起来了，胃口也变得清淡了，来点清爽的菜肴吃吃吧。最简单的莫过于Salad了。
１。生菜洗净，甩干，切块。黄瓜切片，西红柿切片。堆放在salad bowl 里。
２。在一个小碗里，准备dressing，充分混合:
2 tablespoons of Renee’s Cesar Lite
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
2 talbespoons of Olive Oil (or any vegetable oil will do)
half spoon of sugar
half spoon of Club House Parmesan & Herbs
some chopped fresh Basil leaves
充分搅拌混合后，撒一些Feta Cheese在上面。
其实完全可以只用现成买来的salad dressing，不过我选择了自己进行一下加工，目的是要味道更好，而且dressing更清淡。我的main idea是想要模拟Balsamic vinegar 的效果，试验后的结果很满意。当然直接用Balsamic vinegar更好，味道更加浓郁。

很很很有饱足感啊。有20oz，一磅多了。昨天下了班跳了1小时Zumba又跑了30分钟步，
下午没吃snack居然也不饿，运动时也没有腿软。costco的便宜量又足！
今天看了下，嗯，热量也不少。全吃了的话，有700来卡，我dressing没放完，不过估
计热量也不低了。今天没放croutons也没怎么放dressing（面上滴了几滴），热量应该
少很多了吧。吃完还是很有饱足感，一磅菜叶子嘎巴嘎吧嚼了下肚，应该比较占地方，
呵呵。看看下午饿不饿。最近打算减个1磅2磅的，回国同学聚会看着好点，这周准备多
吃点各种salad了。 |

鸡翅膀几只，葱姜块，米酒，盐，teriyaki sauce,半杯橙汁， 腌上1小时，放在冰箱
里。
烤箱烤熟（这个真的是根据自己的烤箱温度定时间了）。
DIY Bacon Pizza
发面： 面粉，酵母，盐，黑胡椒，rosemary 切碎，橄榄油。
topping: 橄榄油，bacon, 一切为二的下baby tomato, mozzarella cheese, 洋葱，切
成条的美国芝士。
烤熟就好。
切好，撒上pamesan cheese 就可以吃了！

要不上火的都受不了了。。。
1， 牛油果两个，切成1cm到2cm的丁，放入器皿
2， vine ripe tomato 三个，一定要那种汁多熟到刚好的，切成丁，放入
3， 黄洋葱，半个，切丁，放入
4， serrano pepper, 两个，切成细丁，放入
5， 香菜，一小撮，切碎，放入
6， baby spinach 视个人喜好，我加了不少。
7， lime 两个，挤入lime juice，
8， 加salt and black pepper
9, Option: 加一点点red wine vinegar
然后搅和搅和，就成了 清爽可口的 牛油果salad！ ：）
忘记拍照片了，每次都迅速被干掉。。。下次拍。。：） |

吃。
但我从24周开始，为了控制血糖，吃了不少salad，大部分是自己在家洗的生菜加一点
ranch的酱，有时候是在餐馆里吃的，或者在超市买的。
还有每天上午下午两次snack都是吃的面包片夹cheese和ham、turkey或者beef的肉片片
。这种肉片算是deli meat的吧？我都已经吃了两个多月了，现在35周多了，胎心监控
什么的都没有问题。会有可能感染李斯特病菌吗？
看了那个帖子，昨晚一宿没睡好，就想这事了，心里怕怕的。 |

any problems, but some stores need over-write by cashier. If you can get the
paper magazine from the produce dept, then it can be scanned anywhere, so
good luck.
$2 for each salad, you can buy as many as you want in one transaction,

vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。
比如这个，就是用Fage total 0% Greek yogurt, avocado, green chili sauce,
chopped green olive调成的沙拉酱。
沙拉里面有：一块grilled chicken breast（切块），grilled asparagus，broccoli

然不腻，真是奇葩！要是两三天没吃，还会很难受，很想念，非得吃一大盒才舒服了。
。。
要么吃那种自选沙拉，可以挑一种肉，三种贵的topping（比如blue cheese, nuts,
avocado, sun dried tomatoes, olives），其他蔬菜随便加，$7.99一大盒。
要么吃那种salad bar，生的熟的，蔬菜肉类水果，随便挑，按重量卖，$7.99一磅，我
买一大盒，一般是1.8-2.2磅之间。
要么吃Chipotle的burrito bowl，但是我不加米饭不加豆子不加sour cream，所以也就
是肉和蔬菜，跟salad差不多，这么一盒常常吃不饱，如果我早上吃多了，或者晚上要
出去吃饭，才会买这个吃。还有的时候是因为跟同事或朋友一起买午饭，他们要吃这个
，我就买份陪着。

顺便吹嘘以下我们的食堂，$7.7一顿刷进去，里面有自选salad bar。无数种topping，
无数种dressing和就那么几样的蔬菜。我最近发现沙拉真的很美好，当主食吃，舀一勺
汤当dressing，汤的热量比cream based dressing低多了，哪怕是chowder放一勺也不
过八十卡而已，而且热乎乎的，中和了生菜的冰凉。
然后我会加点蛋白，豆子和干tuna之类的，上面放一点切碎的水果。自助的好处就是可
