base saturation 里面没有数字是你漏了还是没有给？其他还不错。
我不是很确定铁在 ph 5 里面是不是到了毒性的浓度。
我只能读到比较肤浅的，你几乎肯定需要把 pH 调高，撒 Lime。
好在 pH 低是可以调的， pH 高的话就很难调。

通过130可以查出saturation 温度，你在量一下细管的温度(可能不容易量准）, 可以
算出sub cooling.
你看看排水管出的水快不快？快的话可能是你的空调在阁楼， 或者管道泄漏，你的进
出气温度不是真正的过coil的前后温度。

Fish oil is useful too.
I managed to lose 22 lbs in 4 months, and reduced fat and starch intake, on
top of moderate excerise.
I acutally stopped taking fish oil and just wanted to see if excerse, food
and weight control would work. It worked and I stopped taking fish oil now. |

看化验报告，虽然Total iron-binding capacity 较低，但我的铁蛋白（Ferritin）超
标的高，可能是吃prenatal维他命的关系。Transferrin saturation 也高过正常。
总体上好像不缺铁。
下次见ob还有两周多，现在非常confuse，到底缺不缺铁，怕吃铁片或者继续吃维他命
也只会继续提高Ferritin。
问一下有经验的mm，缺铁到底是指哪个指标？ |

一般能把albuterol NEB treatment space out到Q4H, pulse O2 saturation也还可以
，俺们就把病人办出院了。
你家在ER的情况估计俺们也不会收入院的。俺们收进来的都是要插管或need
continuous albuterol treatment的。
关键是随访的时候尽快去看peds A/I or peds pulm,俺觉得有必要天天用ICS了，比如
pulmicort, starting with lose dose daily如果过去几个月呼吸系统症状不好的话。 |

俺记得Flovent 不能加在nebulizer machine里的。
Pulmicort是可以加在neb machine里的。
俺怎么记得flovent一般是不给小小孩用的。
Albuterol 用起来有时候心跳270/min,没有先天心脏病的话小孩子还是在一定时间范围
内能tolerate的。
严重性和是否住院不是看你wheezing有多严重而决定的，好多其它因素都要考虑。
首先你家娃vital sign. Intake, activity level都不错，can speak in sentences,
pulse oxygen saturation也不错，CBC and CXR也没异常，给几次albuterol
treatment,口服激素，follow up with ur doctor 门诊，这样的处理很正常。
你娃娃的ICS用量真的该调一调了，你看过Peds A/I and peds pulm,一般general Peds

你说的氧含量还好，其实你说的这个氧含量是从手指头pulse oximetry测出来的。
即使是90-95%, 看似正常，但是有时候做个ABG(arterial blood gas)的时候，PO2,
Oxygen saturation其实已经很差了。
所以pulse oximetry 没有ABG准确。
但是ABG 在大人手腕上做起来要比小婴儿好做多了。儿科病人很少有直接去做ABG的，
都要医生从各方面去衡量分析来判断小孩到底缺氧不缺氧，不是简单地看pulse
oximetry 是95-99%,就觉得这个病人ok,不sick。 |

（2）我尤其喜欢吃各类饼干，尤其喜欢那种其中某些成分溶在口里的感觉。最近 FDA

食用油发明以来，人类的心脏病增加了 30%，因为这些口感舒服的人工油是坏胆固醇的

这几天在Rite Aid陆续拿回不少免费的沙丁鱼罐头，今天晚上我用五个沙丁鱼罐头烧了

做法：很简单哦～～
１。因为这个鱼肉很容易散，烹调的时候时间不能长，也不能翻炒，所以
必须先腌去腥。
腌制沙丁鱼的方法：把鱼放在一个大碗里，根据自己的口味，撒上盐、胡椒粉、料酒、酱油、糖、花椒、辣椒、姜末等，我还加了几颗辣豆豉，腌泡的时间长点更好，如果等着吃那半小时也行。
