我刚才上Saudi的网站看了一下，也验证了我刚次
跟文刀兄说的像HIG这样的保险业会死的很惨。

refining的过程时间短，成本低 效率高。大部分的Permian, Bakken， Eagle Ford的油
都是这样高质量的油 供给US Gulf 的refiners。加拿大好多地方的 heavy, sour
crude 和 oil sands 质量差 炼制成本高，是不好的油。现在油价这么低，炼制这些重
油是没有任何经济利益可言的 （这就是加拿大的Keystone XL pipeline现在很难批准
的原因之一，其他还有政治因素）。US进口的油基本上都是Saudi卖给自己在US Gulf的
炼油厂的，只有很小一部分卖给美国的炼油厂。Saudi的油是light, sweet crude, 比
美国的油还要好, 基本是世界质量最好 炼制成本最低的油。亚洲的crude基本是质量最
差的硫含量很高，基本卖不出去。 |

一个是国家fiscal breakeven的成本。几个大的player，美国的生产成本是36.2，沙特
是9.90，俄罗斯是17.20，而国家fiscal breakeven的成本，美国没有，俄罗斯和沙特
都是105美元左右。所以博弈的目标是，生产厂家先倒闭，还是国家先破产。理论上来
讲，对于美国来说，美国的生产成本就是油价的平衡点，保护美国的产油业，同时最大
限度的打击对手。对于俄罗斯和沙特来说，短期内（比如一两年）越低越好（比如低于
30），打击其他产油国家产油公司，使其倒闭，以到达减产提价的目的。长期博弈，产
油国没有资本和美国叫板，油价30，沙特2018年就破产了 。

Iran... The cap itself has very little value. For most of the small
countries, they are running at their extremes already. For bigger countries,
like Saudi, people will doubt if the cap can really be reinforced...
Therefore, after the meeting, downside risk is more than upside IMHO. |

see withdrawal as expected for driving season. Iran and Saudi are
increasing production, which offset us shale drop. Is Alaska one time event?
can Iran and Saudi sustain the output for long? Both bull and bear have a

也就是一块土地要做商业 住宅 工业使用 政府不管制 因此感觉城市很混乱
就连第三世界国家都知道住宅区应该和工业区分开 因此Houston这个城市绝对不能考虑
有的人家附近的幾個block是啥都有: 墓地, 住家戶, 工廠, junk yard, trailer park
, retail store, 還有片空地用來放牛，實在是太亂了。
對於住家戶風險太大了，如果你鄰居想開strip club，你一點辦法沒有，只能搬家。
而且交通也比较混乱些, 假设商店集中在一起 哪你买东西可以一次买完 不用到处跑来

因为休士顿炼油业势力太庞大 怕一旦Zoning
炼油厂就很难盖了 所以一直都是没有zoning的
这是houston最特别的地方
