penalty is just one small piece, the reason I pointed that out was someone
mentioned it and gave a less dramatic case (36% bracket vs 31% bracket) in
the post. I just give a case the the difference could be almost 20% to 25%

1, 搞过华人社团的，都知道，华人社团永远不可能统一，不分裂就不错了。
2，现在宣传手段多样化，有利有弊，好处是狼烟四起，信息渠道多样化，触及的人群
多样化了，坏处是，信息不集中，或者重复，造成误差和谣言，最后就是信息传递不畅
通，每个群体都比较小。这个MITBBS又是先锋之一，当年开了俱乐部，分流了众多水枪
，各大版面一下就冷清了，俱乐部之后又降温，结果就是#￥%……&*（
微信有限制，上面的GROUP也是很多，但是力度不够，没法加入和影响主流媒体。
