这个很有可能是靠refer fee来scam的,就是你每填一份credit report,对方就拿一份
refer fee.房子是不存在的。只不过对方靠这个挣钱。
如果你不放心,可以去transunion上面注册,然后让他们所定你的credit report,不允许
任何人查。这个服务大概15块一个月的样子，而且可以拿到所有三家的credit score. |

我的心得。
美国的coupon，sale以及各种各样的rebate的确是让人高兴，但是也请大家注意莫要贪
图小利而落入骗子的圈套，美国的骗子太多太多了，而且手段层出不穷，防不胜防。以
后大家遇到任何貌似很大的便宜，尤其来自于是不知名的公司或团体，一定要提高警惕
，首先就是通过internet来初步排查是scam的可能性，比如对方提供的任何信息例如电
话号码，地址，公司名称等等，用google来搜索这些信息加上scam关键字，还有一些很
好的网址可以去检测是否有人已经举报过这些公司或者团体，比如http://www.ripoffreport.com
如果有不认识的电话solicitation，一概坚决拒绝。如果初步确认不像是scam的话，想

对于普通prepaid gift card，上次有大牛在某贴里说过那些scam的人拿个小仪器偷偷
把卡号扫入软件内，等有人买了激活后，这些人第一时间就得到notification就去冲，
这可以理解
但是香草这种要冲入的卡，那些人挖掉一位数字以外除了损人之外，我还是想不明白如
何获利。特别香草是充值卡，要冲入bb，即便这些人用假ssn搞了n多bb，还是很容易被
track down，一旦买家报告incomm，立马封卡（如果scammer还没冲），或者freeze
scammer的bb卡，scammer根本没有时间套现。这点和前面所说普通prepaid gift card
完全不同，那些prepaid gc卡让scammer是可以通过直接买大量物品甚至money order直
接套现的。
退一万步来说，即便scammer有渠道能够短时间内套现，要利用真正买卡的买家充值前
的时间差，可这挖掉一位数字又有什么意义呢？
看过听过很多种诈骗scam后，居然一直想不透这种scam白香草挖号的意义何在

早上一大早太太收到电话，678-980-5206， 声称是IRS美国联邦税赋局的，有紧急的税
务问题需要回复，对方让打530-208-0695号码，找John Anderson. 电话过去，对方说
我们欠IRS$7998税，并且说IRS已经启动法律程序，责令我们必须在9：00AM之前付款，
否则，我们所有的银行账户将被冻结，开车驾照将被吊销，警察会来家里逮捕我们。对
方电话是个印度口音，口气非常强硬， 责成我们必须马上去乌尔马办理电汇手续并要
求马上去，到那里后再打电话告知汇款地址帐号等。 太太说没有那么多现钱，对方问
有多少，答大概2000多，对方说先汇2000他就可以暂停以上的法律执行并安排分期付款
剩余的钱。。。。。电话吵醒了我，我觉得很奇怪，咱也不欠IRS税啊。我家的税很简
单，就俩打工族的工资，而且每年都是H&R Block报的，怎么会欠税呢。咱也没有收到
