经验都是多年积累下来的，
基本原则：宁可交易不成，也不能上当受骗！！！
1. 像钱多的物品，最好到银行交易，别的哪都不去，这样不会收假钞，想用假钞的估
计就给滤掉了，而且安全
2. 不要收什么check，money order
3. 电话联系号码是blocked，要小心，50%会是scam
4. 电话里听口音是黑人口音的要小心，见面是黑人的更要小心
5. 见面时最好能记下对方车牌号，不知道对方从哪里冒出来，看不到车的小心是scam
6. 千万不要带到家了交易
7. 东西拿到手，一定要好好检查再付钱，反之，拿到钱，先存银行再给货
8. 不要晚上交易，参见基本原则
9. 见面直接付钱，东西看都不看的拿了就想走的，必定是骗子
10.有的骗子紧张，交易时会发抖，哈哈，

contact Amazon seller help before buyer takes any further act. Just say hey,
this buyer might be scamming me as I was indeed sending a brand new unit,
what I do now? Of course seller help will offer nothing, but that put them
at least at a mutual position instead of totally toward the buyer. With all
the details I collected, I was able to convince Amazon seller help that this
is a scam. |

checked weight. I am surprised little nurse did not find out this sooner.
Rus atleast scammed 90K from USPS and a Chinese guy scammed IRS for 8K and
he was jailed for 15 years.

You are paying them real money to buy software and stuff, and their payment
to you will bounce in a few days.
To confirm, you can simply ask them that instead of sending you full payment
to start, they can send you the software, and deduct the cost from that
payment directly.
A scammer will inevitably make some excuse about accounting rules, different
entities, etc.
BTW, Siemens is the correct spelling, not Semens. That would be another

是的！其实这种手段在印度IT外包公司中非常常见。他们向印度本土未受过高等教育或
专业技能培训，却一心向往去美国工作的劳工收取高昂的手续费用。然后向美国HDS出
示虚假的入职证明（注：H1B的申请者不一定是留学生，只要有美国本土Offer，谁都可
以申请。这也是为什么每年印度申请者是其他国家数倍的原因），以申请今年的H1B。
当申请到H1B，成功来到美国后，这些人员便成为半待业状态接受外包公司的简单培训
，等待第三方公司的真正入职合同。
如果说一人申请多份H1B是钻了法律的空子，那么这样的造假就是完完全全违反法律！
这次两位印度员工被逮捕也是给这些所谓的印度外包当头一棒，说明监管部门有了相应

保健品~~就关了它了~其实就是一个MLM啦， 要拉下线~~

现在没有一个公司能把biweekly payment by payment 像monthly那样列出来，（利息
，本金）。如果真列出来就一目了然了。基本上就是，在一年差4个星期的时候，你把
原来monthly一年的利息和本金都还了。最后四个星期，你多付一个月的本金。试想一
下，monthly 你也完全可以在年底的时候，在付最后一个月的时候多付一个月的本金。
相比较而言，最起码钱还能晚点付。
