鹤唳，特别是那些在敏感部门工作的中国人，实在是如履薄冰。
美国政府为什么那么热衷抓中国人？为什么中国人这么容易被抓？我想是以下几个原因

society。
在现阶段中国人是最好的选择，意识形态是一个借口，其实讽刺的是意识形态上有些中
国人可能是最认同白人价值观的人。不过这种认同可能正是华人被选为scapegoat的原
因。
美国这个种族的大熔炉，需要不时的投入一些祭品来降低一下温度。
献祭的话如果不选择自己，那就要选择最认同自己的，或者和自己最类似的。这才能称
之为牺牲。没有人用狼去献祭。 |

到精神病里面乱开枪，risk无处不在，但关键问题是态度，是attitude
股市这个赌场和其他投机性活动一样，本质是利用人性的弱点，比如无知，贪婪，运气
心理，这些东西都会干扰人对risk的perception，人的思维都有惯性有粘滞性，运气好
了一段时间就会放松警惕，而且赌赢会极大刺激大脑，形成一种成瘾的reward
mechanism，会很难主动出局。更何况不管是对于个股还是对于大盘指数，你永远不可
能准确评估risk，因为有太多的不确定或者未知的因素和变量，就像08年Fed不停强调
美国经济基本面很好，房地产市场健康，所以才极少有人预测到08的debacle，因为美
国央行和天朝的人民日报还有萧钢一样出来给市场反复背书，你连市场整体走势都无法
判断，更不要说个股了，个股的不确定性远比大盘高的多，这就是为什么花街主动投资
人绝大部分无法长年跑赢大盘指数
风险投资的可怕之处是它会改变人对risk的态度，一旦赢的多了都会觉得运气因素越来

侄女本科计算机的，目前就两个offer，都在纽约, package都差不多。
个人感觉Amazon是不是辛苦点？amazon culture一直被诟病，怕进去manager不行，印
度人抱团，pip找scapegoat. 面试的时候这些都不一定看得出来啊。
怕她第一份工作碰到这种，就太恶心了。小孩倒也不怕吃苦。就怕沾上这些破事，连好
好静下心来打磨专研技术的机会都没有。还不如bloomberg，目前没看到bloomberg有类
似的极品事情发生。但是Bloomberg毕竟是做金融的，作为career path起点，是不是不
够好呢？

现在接受道歉，就中了abc/disney的pr策略。
今天JK下来道歉，我觉得明摆着是受到上层指示，包括前天show里不带任何特指的
道歉，都是abc想小事化了的策略。why? 因为我们所有抗议的的主要焦点是JK本人，其
实JK在此事中并没犯大错，他本身没有说这句话，这和之前don inus的racial
comments有本质上的区别。所以，JK在情理上和程序上不应该是主要责任人。这件事情
最大的问题就是abc的review process for pre-recorded show完全不认为这是个可怕
的言论，这个问题出在5个executive producer中的哪个我不清楚。但overall绝对是
abc的错。ABC顺应我们的愤怒和JK划清界限，把这件事情从群体转向个人。让JK这个本

我现在做我这行越来越明白了，出事难怪上边要引咎辞职呢，最根本的原因就是上边的
我们这如果出一次事故，事后总结基本上都能找出上边的原因
底下人早说过了，你丫再不购置A装置，某一天老天爷发怒B一下，你的东西就都完蛋了
如果从上到下原则就是省钱，就不投资，真出事就完蛋
我们公司的director不久前就被fire了，就因为一次事故，事后事故总结，很多证据都
是我们下边人常年跟他说过，我们需要这个东西他不买。
其实也算scapegoat，从更上边指导思想就是要节约开支。他也是贯彻上边的指示。
当然最上边不能自己认错，只好开掉这个中间替罪羊
老天爷一个雷电就能这样，绝对是知道思想的问题，知道思想要么不防这种显而易见的
常见天气异常

现在接受道歉，就中了abc/disney的pr策略。
今天JK下来道歉，我觉得明摆着是受到上层指示，包括前天show里不带任何特指的
道歉，都是abc想小事化了的策略。why? 因为我们所有抗议的的主要焦点是JK本人，其
实JK在此事中并没犯大错，他本身没有说这句话，这和之前don inus的racial
comments有本质上的区别。所以，JK在情理上和程序上不应该是主要责任人。这件事情
最大的问题就是abc的review process for pre-recorded show完全不认为这是个可怕
的言论，这个问题出在5个executive producer中的哪个我不清楚。但overall绝对是
abc的错。ABC顺应我们的愤怒和JK划清界限，把这件事情从群体转向个人。让JK这个本
身没大错的人出来做挡箭牌，实在是阴！
所以，接受JK personal level的道歉就中了abc的诡计了！
我们斗争的最关键目的是要让美国主流媒体从这件事情中重视，把和中国人有关的内容
