不能做到见佛杀佛。
第一次submit 140之前，其实来本版的很少，很多都不懂。但是总算知道该找律师评估
。找的是wegreen家（有不少朋友私信我问律师），律师水平没有问题，速度也很赞，
术业有专攻。除非自己真的很有闲，不然自己做失败的概率也不会小。
大概讲讲自己的申请过程，其实2015上半年就想申请，但是忙着renew h1b和其他工作
上的事情，所以想干脆等h1b approve下来再搞这个140.所以一开始不是特别主动，9月
跟律师签了合同，research summary拖了1个月才交上去。
然后就是找推荐信，所以说之前没有太上心，这里找独立推荐人也有体现。我觉得找直
接引用我文章的人比较好，所以就在自己文章引用里找老中，通过自己的关系，直接电
话搞定推荐信，当然都很顺利，3个推荐信都是老中，但都是引用了我自己的文章。
非独立的找了美国之前合作的一个美国教授，也是department head。

，ruby falls, railway, 和rock city. 三个景点离得很近，可以买联票，一天就可以
玩完。
ruby falls是在一个山洞里有个瀑布，还不错，有点特色，山上产玉，山洞里全是玉石
，可惜都长在墙上，不能捡了带回家:D
railway就是一百多年前的索道，80度的陡坡看起来很惊险，其实车厢后面有根绳索，
由控制室拉住，慢慢地放下去，没什么景观。到站后对面的ice-cream店很实在，买个1
-scoop的ice-cream给了超大的两勺
rock city就是巨型岩石堆起来的一座山，修出路来，忽而在岩石缝里钻，忽而从岩石
上swing bridge走过去，挺好玩。
沿着山开上去有很多俯视TN的山顶view的豪宅，有些大的和城堡差不多。不小心迷路的
时候也不无聊，慢慢开着看看两边的豪宅也还不错：）
从atlanta开过去，路过一个town叫helen, 有人推荐说是个有德国特色的小镇，背依着

如果您有闲暇时，不妨驾车旅行沿加州15号高速公路南下，在 Escondido 出高速后再
折向东北Lake Wohlford，很快就驶入一个四面山麓环抱的山谷地带，远处一个豪大的
赌场建筑矗立在山顶。谷景赌场（Valley View Casino ），正如它所处的地理位置，
从这个山顶上俯瞰着这叫谷景中心（Valley Center）的地方，景观壮丽。
位于印第安圣帕斯奎尔部落（San Pasqual Tribe）保留地，谷景赌场受该部落管理，
最早的保留区是谷景中心以西的大片土地，现在是圣地亚哥野生动物公园和沃尔福德湖

今天医院某个tech做了litter box cake，拿给大家吃。。。。。效果如图。
蛋糕盒子是litter box，切蛋糕的是litter scoop。而且很贴心得还用巧克力+太妃糖
在盒子边缘弄出了猫屎（还是软便便）的贴心“挂壁”。
蛋糕里面都是软软呼呼的巧克力酱，混合着形状不规则的巧克力豆还有巧克力糖。（养
猫的同学们，你们懂得。。。）
大家瞪着这个蛋糕，迟迟不肯下手。在她保证了很多遍所有器具都是新的而且是灭过菌
的之后，给大家一人切了一块。。。。Dr W 率先吃了一口，感叹：很好吃啊！大家才
纷纷得动口，并且赞叹：这蛋糕太逼真了，嚼起来还粉有层次。。。。我还看着手里的
蛋糕，戳上去那感觉就好像很久没换的劣质猫砂浸透了液体+固体。。。
这时，主人切蛋糕的时候，突然从蛋糕里掉出来了一个白线头。大家问：怎么还有线头

2011年初，密西根大学AD Dave Brandon 解雇RR，找来San Diego State 的Brady Hoke
做主教练。这意味着密西根football抛弃了3年不见效的spread option，重回pro-
