scoop，2或者3scoop等于一yard，一个scoop也就是15到二十多美元，一个yard有三千
多磅重。石头虽然便宜，但是你要逃运输费用，一般要在70到100美元的运输费用，量
多量少都是一样的运费，所以买的越多越划算。 如果需要量不多，到homedepot直接
买成袋的，一袋子50到100磅，价格贵，但是没有运输费用，你可以自己拉回家。
homedepot或者lowe也有bulk bag gravel，一大袋子一千磅重，大约35美元一大袋，比
小袋子便宜，但是需要逃运费，除非你自己有truck，一般的SUV是肯定运不料的。具体
运费多少不清楚。 |

周五找朋友给针灸了一下膝盖，他建议我养好伤再打。按照我原来的脾气，就是有点伤
这场和Scoop的比赛也会打的，只不过打完后伤势会更加厉害，恢复时间更长。但是这
次大不一样，和黑导约好的事情是第一位的，不能打水漂。因此只能暂时忍痛割爱，推
掉这场比赛，做弃权论。
这膝盖受伤完全是意外，地上有一双层薄塑料纸，里面可以放一张A4纸然后放到夹子里
的那种，我不小心踩上去滑了一下就拉伤了，这和费当年在浴室里受伤有点类似。好在
只是筋健和肌肉，没有半月板损伤，小毛病，好修理。我对自己的膝盖还是很上心的，
滑雪滑旱冰的事情坚决不干，因为容易伤膝盖，还是留着膝盖打网球吧。
其实我三周前就给Scoop发信找他打球，他说一个周末有约了，接下来两周要去迈阿密
看球，结果我不能打了。这种比赛我喜欢趁早不拖晚，因为越往后大家受伤的几率就越
大， 球打不成对双方都是损失。

既然有了一点争论，我老人家来申明几句吧。
首先，绝大部分华人是不需要减肥的。特别是女生们，有点脂肪还是满性感的，呵呵。
至于我老人家，俺已经久婚俩娃，更不必塑身去骗女孩子。搞这个的目的是跑马成绩，
所以我老人家现在的身材是偏单薄的。
就像原文中所说，我老人家说的不一定科学。咱也不是搞这个的专家，什么双盲试验，
长期观察都说不上。俺说的只是以我老人家为小白鼠得出的一个数据点。高手们可以
free to interpret.
由于个人体质的差异，我老人家认为one-size-fits-all 的减肥办法是不存在的，各种
减肥理论指导个大概就行了。真正的执行是一个实践性很强的过程，个人需要摸索。俺
就是把俺的经历给大家做一个借鉴而已。
什么东西都不好走极端。戒精碳水不是说一点米粒也不能碰，不吃晚饭也不是说就干饿
着。在大方向一定的情况下酌情处理就是了。
最后，这个diet也要随运动量和强度的改变而改变。一句话，要摸着石头过河。给大家
一个例子，下面就是我老人家11/6-11/7 间的运动饮食记录。看来我老人家也挺能吃的

从去年到现在,终于跑了自己的首马,比赛是我们村唯一的全马比赛,比赛的起点就在我上班的楼下面,嗯,上厕所就去公司,VIP级别的,一个人可以用好几个坑.不过缺点就是比较hilly,不过首马就无所谓了.
原来我对这个比赛是很平常心的,一年前就抱了名,根据各位大牛的经验,觉得能跑下来就好了.但3个星期前,半马跑了1:32:38,根据乘2加十分钟的经验公式,然后就不蛋定了,都是因为我的BQ时间是3:15:00,虽然大多时间都宣称自己的goal是3:30:00,但每天都算来算去查来查去.记得谁谁说的,网上的计算,可以相信,不能当真. 字字珠玑啊. 然后直接的后果就是昨晚7点上床,数羊羊数到早上1点多,最后的意识就是还可以睡三个多小时了.早上起来头晕眼花,两腿酸软...
早上4:43,在闹铃响之前醒来,5点起床,我的比赛准备几乎copy TN的芝马准备:

发帖数: 1128 | 43 吵完架后，把正事办完，就直奔赌场去了。忘了提一下，上次连赢三次后又跑去赌场玩
了一个晚上，输得很惨。那天我本来都不想去的，感觉头痛，很累，但想想无聊还是跑
去了，结果玩得很烂，而且ON TILT，什么烂牌都玩，一下就输掉600。但还是不想走，
竟然又跑SLOT 上玩，平时很少玩的，当晚自己都觉得疯了，就是不想离开赌场，最后
总共输了900多。回来后后悔得要命，对POKER也有点恐惧了，发誓再也不犯那样的低级
错误了，输几百在SLOT上实在是太不应该了。所以这几天我老老实实的没去赌场，想着
还是先冷静冷静再说。等到今天终于难受了，下午快5点开车去了赌场，不过心里发誓
再也不碰SLOT MACHINE了。
5点钟到了赌场，很多位置，找了张桌子坐下。这个桌子大家都很TIGHT很PASSIVE，所
以我老BET老偷POT，不到1小时我的200 STACK就涨到了400。后来我拿Qc10c EP RAISE
8块，下面小伙子立马CALL，FLOP A 10 3，两张梅花，这种FLOP我肯定BET了，所以就

根据我对你和褒姒的帖子的理解，是不是西方新闻的成功的标准是第一是不是big
scoop；第二是不是够中立。我很少看新闻，一般是在网上扫一下偶尔听一下NPR就算了
。不过，我觉得，中立这回事，至少就我看过的美国媒体的新闻，特别是国际新闻，很
难谈得上，煽情的时候非常多，而且煽得挺离谱的。不过，还是那句话，我对西方的媒
体和新闻肯定知道的不够多，不过就是这个印象而已。
关于big scoop, 是不是说新闻够不够耸人听闻，就是国内讲的有没有“新闻性”吗？
我觉得一个很让人大吃一惊的故事，未必是一个很深刻的故事。如果好记者的标准就是
挖掘惊人的故事，抓人眼球，我觉得柴静肯定是不合格的。但是我也不觉得这种新闻性
，或者这种单纯的新闻性，真的有多大的价值。克林顿的绯闻，不管多全面详细，多深
入，带给我这样一个小民的，不过是隔岸观火的看热闹，刚听到是“哇”的一声而已。
这样下去的结果会不会是有了猛料要报道，没有猛料也要制造些猛料出来。 |

发帖数: 438 | 50 个人感觉mesa声音更有厚度，相对于fender更加creamy一些。Fender的scooped mid确
实是相当scooped，虽然单薄但是有种sweet的感觉。
我这个mesa还真捡的不贵。主要是看中了versatility。有娃了之后放在living room很
合适。我一直用5w的class A mode。昨晚上前面串了个ts808竟然人生第一次搞出来了
90%的SRV tone，而且还是bedroom level。 |
