一时半会儿梳理不清。冷不丁写其中的一个，没有 contexts 和铺垫，又显得突兀。所
以一直犹豫。
今晚，倒了一杯 scotch，又想起这个话题来。想，也许可以围绕几款 scotch 来侃一
个主题，抛砖引玉，把版上 id 们的酒鬼的一面给勾出来？
就先写写 Glenfiddich 的 12 年 和 15 年吧。
whisky 这词，本意是凯尔特语（确切地说，是 Goidelic 支）中“水”（uisce）的意
思。阿拉伯人为中世纪的欧洲带来了希腊人的蒸馏技术，继而从高糖的原料中（果汁或
者粮食）酿造蒸馏出高度酒来。人们惊奇于蒸馏酒的神奇，认为这就是粮食和水果的灵
魂（spirit），是人类生命得以滋养的精华，于是称之为“生命之水”（aqua vitae）
。scotch 就是最经典的一种“生命之水”。
whisky 种类繁多，遍布整个旧大英帝国以及其它地域，一时尝不过来。只取一瓢，就
说说 single malted scotch 吧。具体说，就是产自苏格兰的，只用大麦芽酿制的，由

的是Makers Mark，喜欢它的smooth，作为视觉控，也喜欢它蜡封的可爱瓶子。。。。
除此之外就一无所知了。两年前有一次和LG的同事C住在同一个宾馆，晚上三个人点了
三杯scotch坐在Bar外面喝，入口清香滑润，记得他们说是15年的，但忘了牌子。这一
轮的酒是C买的，喝完之后他还自告奋勇去买下一轮，我们就坚持下一轮该我们买，于
是又要了三杯同样的scotch. 当时在夜色中围着篝火，喝着清香的scotch随意聊天的感
觉太好了。
结果到结账的时候，我们三人全被吓蒙了。。。。。好像一杯是55刀，一共点了六杯。
。。。。从bar里走出来我们不约而同大笑，哎，肉痛的感觉不笑出来还能肿么办。C还
说这事儿千万不能告诉他老婆。。。。:) |
