铁杆，看好了taylormade rac mb tp，看了不少reviews，赞扬声一片。唯一不太确定
的是off center hits是否结果会很惨。
推杆，仍然在犹豫，有几个选择，scotty cameron red x2, scotty cameron futura
phantom, heavy putter b1, never compromise gm2-hm, 现在仍举棋不定，喜欢程度
基本上是按以上排列，不过那一个都有点爱不释手。
各位有什么建议？ |

发帖数: 10701 | 11 下午6点半后溜进grey rock golf course， 就是举行austin open的球场，打了9个洞。
开球之前，就告诉自己说，这就是你打austin open的环境，看看你能打多少。 对了，
这是今年来第2次打该球场。
结果相当不错，除第10洞 bogey外， 直到第17洞，一直是par，一个fairway 也没错过
，击中了6/8个果岭，包括一个210码的par 3。
在第15洞的果岭遇见了Scotty, Ryan，这两位都是pros， 还有两个高中生，Paul &
John, Paul在打他们的高中队。
第18洞就很难看了， 开球进水里，drop后球有送进沙坑里，还没打完 - 主要是看到这
四个人面色都超沉重，一副不开心的样子。
后来Scotty说他们几个打得都很差，而自从我15洞见到他们后，我就大声的嚷着我的成
绩， +1 so far.
最后一个洞完全是我就是想追上他们，所以什么preshot routine什么的都没做，也没
看球道的layout。
明天还有个skins game，看我能不能再赢点钱，同时break 80. |

一个member以前打。
奖金额挺高，$1200第一名。
没打之前，那和我搭档的说多么多么有机会能赢，比如他觉得自己是7 handicap的水平
，但usga handiap 是12，什么的。
因为是算net score, 要把handicap算上的，所以他希望搭档一个相对来说好点的，这
样也许 能赢钱。
于是我就去了，Scotty说是free,后来我还是付了$200， 拿了盒titleist prov1的球，
再加上件衣服。
比赛格式是team match player, 第一天27个洞，每9洞来对抗一组对手，成绩是best
score of two players.
我那搭档还说，第一组遇见的可能是最好的对手，我们平了。我开始的很差，前2洞打
得乱七八糟，后面5洞到不错，birde, eagle -try， birdie， 等等。
第2组对手也行，只是从头到尾我们都是平的，所以又平了。
第3组开始之前， 我那搭档还说希望遇见个弱点的对手。我见到那2人后，看了其中一

He has been using offset Scotty Cameron Newport 2 ever since. The Nike
Method he used in British Open is still an offset putter.
This week he switched to a heel-shafted Nike Method, very much like the type Phil uses (Nike vs. Odyssey, right vs. left). This is a very dramatic change. I am assuming that he is trying to avoid blocking it to right. We will see how it works for him. |

and it cost me another round of good game on saturday. (another 7 3-putts,
one of them is 4 putts, i was told i would be a single digit player if i can
cut down those 3 putts to 2. if cut down to 1, then i would be a pro. kaka)
i tried scotty del mar at store as well, since that one is consistantly
mentioned when ppl compare with odyssey #9. that one feel good as well, but
not as good as odyssey #9. Also, scotty del mar is more expensive.

球友了解这个品牌。
关于Titleist球杆的科技名词我就不说了。这个品牌的主要收入80%来自球，10%来自
Footjoy相关的衣服和鞋帽，剩下的就是球杆了。它的球杆型号主要分为：9开头的木杆
，比如913，910，909等，后面加F的为球道木，比如910F，910F.d；后面加H的为铁木
杆，比如910H；后两位一般表示推出的年份。铁杆都是7开头的三位数，后两位是年份
，铁杆有四个产品线，MB，CB，AP2和AP1。MB和CB适合职业选手使用，AP2最流行，职

然森林里真是月黑风高，几个小时见不到一辆车，见不到一间房。坡还挺陡，好多超过
10%的坡度标志。最陡的一段13%，我还拍下来了。除了像九曲花街那样城市里的小山丘
，这是旅途上有标记的最陡的一段坡
在黑暗里跟着GPS开了好几个小时，终于下了山。开始困了，就停在路边，睡车里。这
里已经是沙漠地区，路两边都围着铁丝网，好像是个军事禁区
第二天一早起来，很快就到了死谷。十月的死谷不冷不热，正是最舒服的时候。这里真
是鸟不生蛋的地方，严格讲鸟都没有。如果不是金矿，也不会有人跑到这里来。当年淘
金热的时候，这里有成千上万个金矿。现在大多都关了，要么是采完了要么是开采成本
太高放弃了
死谷其实没什么好看的，都是沙漠和石头。有个别路段的石头风化得比较漂亮，可以开
车转一圈
死谷北入口边上有个很有趣的地方，正规名字叫死谷牧场（death valley ranch），更
多的人叫它斯考特城堡（scotty's castle)。这个曾经的私人庄园里一群漂亮的西班牙

well, scotty had to be suspicous. so he requested all hand history of the
other guy from the very beginning, and asked the site to do an investigation
on this.
they found nothing wrong with this guy although he appeared to be too lucky.

再说一个大名鼎鼎的人吧，scotty nguyen，70年代初从越南逃出来，一文不名，靠打
扑克，80年代初已经是百万富翁(相当于现在千万吧)，挥金如土，几百块的顶级牛排吃
两口就扔。在LV凯撒住都是总统套房，玩女人无数...却连一分钱都没有给过他还在越
南受苦，没饭吃的家人。
结果也许是真有上帝吧，还不是扑克上帝，呵呵，让他一个bad run统统输光。输到他
无家可归，厚着脸皮去找他一个从来都没正眼看过的兄弟，人家只是个普通养家糊口的
人，他管人借钱(能有多少钱？)...但是严厉的骂了他一顿以后，还是给了点。
scotty nguyen不管今天有多少钱，都是从这点微薄的债上翻的身，可以说他从那以后
的为人也翻了身。
输了不要紧，你只要能相信自己有比一般人高的基础，痛定思痛，找出提高的空间(任
何人都有，不过往往让bad beats悲观情绪掩盖了)，纯扑克技术上是这样，管理财务，
情绪控制也都是这样。
俺自己以前恶赌几通宵，清晨无人回家的路上，凉风习习，无比寂寞后悔，在路边加油
站实在困得不行，怕再开车非送了命不可，不得以打个盹...那种滋味，俺 |

Tree NP旁的Yucca Valley的Best Western。
今天起得还算早，7点天亮，8点就check out了，8点半逛玩 进入Titus Canyon Road之
前的Rhyolite ghost town后直接向Titus Canyon进发了。Death Valley的主路是X型，
东南支和西南支到后来各有分叉。公园的Furnace Creek Visitor Center在靠近X中心
的东南支，园内住宿点Stovepipe Wells Village在靠近X中心的西南支。我们住宿的小
镇Beatty在东北支的末端，是最接近死谷的小镇。Titus Canyon Road这条4驱路是架在
东北支和西北支上的一个东西向的长27迈shortcut，主要是由东向西的one-way，在西
末端最后3迈是two-way，由西向东可以开到Titus Canyon的入口（canyon mouth）就不

我们家Scottie前几周在Petsmart的Day Camp被咬三个洞, 我都哭了两天! 这你得多伤
心啊! 我当时也想过举报animal control. 不过老公说不是那个狗的错误, 是当时工作
人员的疏忽,而且伤得不是特别严重, 就算了吧. 我都恨不得自己去踹几脚那个咬我们
家孩子的狗来着.
我们的Scottie吃了药也没有怎么吃东西, 一直睡, 过两天就好了. 现在快3周了,伤口
节巴了. 以后去狗公园什么的, 我要严格看着. 也就一瞬间的事情,儿朵就没了! 当时
工作人员马上制止, 都已经是三个洞了.
不过Petsmart的规定, 咬别人狗的狗主人要负责所有医药费, Petsmart先垫付, 然后强
行管咬了狗的狗主人收取.而且给了我们帐单复印件, 只是清理伤口加一些药就是$200
了. Pu的医药费要贵很多吧? 一定要拿回钱来, 并且根据他们的态度决定下一步. 要是
我, 看他们这态度,绝对要报告animal control了, 看的我都气死了!
我知道你肯定很难过, 不过Pu还是很可爱很漂亮的. 被咬了看着还那么乖, 真让人心疼
!!
