1：30到的大厦 楼底下签到上楼，两层楼是它们的杂志社，前台的MM还挺漂亮的。
进来之后先是和CTO闲扯，主要是要改造原来的CMS，并且整合其他的CMS平台。问了问
项目，对我原来上学时候的编译器很感兴趣，期间我说NY times中文上线了，他说中文
语言是优势，尤其是在美国的出版界要抢占亚洲的市场的今天，原来一直以为英语说不
好是劣势，开心了一下。
来了两个engineers，一个白人，一个ABC，问了一些项目，问如果对特定的前端访问速
度优化，答了cache啊，Load分流，还有facebook最近的namenode之类的。
一个白板的java code优化，trick主要在Integer和int， i++ 和++i。
一个比较经典的迷宫问题，支持自定义迷宫大小，打印路径，允许前后左右的移动，用
recursion dp做的，白班写程序，加上测试。

比如SF吧，内部的gus系统做的非常好，专门用来scrum的，文件上传分享，进度控制等
等都有。jive没深用过，但是项目管理的功能挺多的，yammer我只看过collaborate那
一块，其他功能还不熟悉 。但这些功能目前google还没有
因为google还没有真的要进入这个领域，所以很多东西都只是做点皮毛而已。虽然他的
整个产品线挺大的，但现在还看不清楚他到底要干嘛。放弃consumer市场好像觉得没面
子，进入enterprise吧又显得力度不足 |

发帖数: 710 | 14 fresh master，刚刚结束的G家电面，问了两题都答上了除了一处笔误没有被指出bug，
希望不要悲剧，求bless。
两题都简单，第一题是大数加法，还不需要考虑负数情况。第二题是leetcode上的
generate parentheses。
上来没有让我介绍project之类的，直接开始答题，大数加法那个稍微多花了点时间，
主要是开始有点紧张我，写的代码用了两个循环（现在想想真2啊，不这么干估计能做3
题），他直接指出来不要写两个循环，我立马就改了。倒是没有被指出bug，但是他跟
着问了很多，比如我有些if判断，while里面的条件判断，他都一一问我是干嘛的，然
后他自己还在想test case跟着我的代码跑。其实时间不是写代码上的，都是他问问题
上的，可以说交互很频繁。
第二题我进入状态了直接写代码，代码大概也就一两分钟就写好了，有一处检查left<
right，笔误写成left>right了，他当时指出我就改过来了。不知道这个算不算bug。。
然后他依然是问了一堆（重点还是判断我if或while里的条件判断是干嘛的，非法情况

大)，我过去干过的组，基本上整天有别的组的人来求支持，还是manager带来的，然后
己方dev+manager和彼方dev+manager一通meeting，结果两眼一抹黑，4个人谁也不知道
怎么搞，因为4个人都是刚加入不到一年的....我在隔壁听得笑死。
然后从微软抓人来，更是搞笑，在虚拟机里跑eclipse，慢的一B，还什么都不会。微软
来的一个高级manager，搞scrum最后弄得像查视力，用excel打印出来，10号字两张A4
都打不完，然后每个每天报进度，瞪着眼睛在表格上找项目和填进度，manager啥都不
会就知道抓数字，每个人每天要有0.5的工作量，没有就逮着问，特别micro特别烦。有
一段时间，连manager都跑了，10来个dev归着这个manager管，极度痛苦，每个2分钟汇
报半小时都要过去了，何况常常不止，连同事带来的狗都听不下去，先是站着，然后坐
着，接着趴着，最后躺在地板上睡觉。

会做presentation，认识的业界的人比较多，性格比较讨巧，所以research一直很顺利
，paper也有不少。编程比较一般，因为主要都是比较high-level的那种设计，理论为
主。之前的本科和master都是通信的信号处理什么的，统计阿，概率，R, SQL那些没问
题。口语写作在学术环境算不错，但是在商业环境中的英语完全跟学术界不是一个概念
的，女生，性格比较外向，但感觉自己并不完全是people person, 也不完全是做纯技
术的，属于4:6那样。之前做过大概一年的软件开发，对于scrum什么的都有实际经验。
但是非常不喜欢编程，所以这次找工作都没有考虑任何dev的职位. 对了，家里还有小娃
一个。
最近面临一个艰难的抉择，两个都是200人左右规模的小公司都在迅速grow。

一段时间心思想换个工作，陆陆续续复习了些时候。最近工作上要开始一个很紧的项目
，daily scrum, 而我想在最后阶段intersively准备一下，就想是不是辞职找工作更好
一些。
主要是三个问题
1） 如果我海投简历之后再辞职，是不是已经投出去的简历上，现在工作的终止时间仍
可以写present? 或者直接写成2014，不具体到月份？或者还有更好的写法？
2） 面试时，一般会问“现在还有工作”一类的问题吗？我们公司的政策是不问，怕被
面试人之后起诉公司歧视。我就想问一下其他公司的情况。
3） 拿到offer之后的背景调查一般介意当前我的工作状态吗？
希望大家多提建议，尤其是做过Hiring Manager或HR的人。

Daily scrum也不是不能对付，只是这样大家都需要加班，就没有那么多时间刷题了。
而且这次往上冲的小team都是苦逼中国人，平时关系不错，不想因为自己performance
不好拉大家后腿。
还有就是索性辞职，简历也如实写，我感觉现在就业市场还不错，自己也有几年工作经
验。如果问起来为什么从目前职位离职，就说想静下来考虑先一步怎么发展，看看其他
公司的职位，或者自己同几个朋友做。不知这样说是否好一些。

takes to finish the job and everybody can see it. There is no excuse to have
low quality work.

First, for innovative work, it is hard to estimate time needed, since it has
never been done before. An honest answer would be:"It will be done when it
is done."
Second, many managers implement the scrum in a way to push for deadlines,
most of which are artificial, and can be unreasonable.
Third, the bottom up approach cannot help people focus on major things, like
I pointed in the OP.
