以为是空调产生的呢，昨晚洗澡发现没热水，今天发现那个管子还在流水，于是就检查
了一下发现水来自热水器。找plumbing公司的人来看了一下，人家说我们进水管的水压
是150了（正常应该是100），原因是我们主管道的Pressure Reducing Valve坏了，然
后导致我们热水器的compressor relief valve损坏。光Pressure Reducing Valve就
charge我$867.39 （都包括lab费），compressor relief valve charge我$297.46, 2.
1 gallon expansion tank $377.55,install gas sediment trap at water heater to
bring up to code $278。总共要2000刀了。跟买个新的差不多了吧？
我觉得只换主管道的Pressure Reducing Valve和热水器上的compressor relief valve

a good sign to have protein in urine, maybe the urine sample was a bit
concentrated and maybe a little urinary tract infection, thus would be
important to know if there is any white cells in there or any bacterial
count,

cast then you'd worry about glomerular disease, |

从12月底开始右腿右屁股开始有伴随疼痛。
现在情况有所变化而且更加严重，疼痛区域包括右下腹（肋骨以下，肚脐往右），右后
背（肋骨以下，脊椎往右），还有右腿，右屁股。饭后经常可以缓解，但是过一两个小
时又开始疼痛。而且听见肚子里咕咕的声音。疼痛高峰期通常半小时自行缓解。但是非
高峰期也不是很舒服。
整个情况是好两天，坏两天。断断续续发生。没有大便异常。进食食量也很好。
看了家庭医生和消化专科医生，做了很多检查。都正常。医生很奇怪我的症状，说腹痛
和腿疼不应该同时发生，可是我就是同时发生，同时缓解。
我做的检查包括：胃镜，血检（CBC with differential/platelet comp.metabolic
panel, TSH, sedimentation rate-westergren, c-reactive protein, quant. ），腹
部B超，妇科B超，大小便。还有lumber compelte x ray。
我应该继续看消化科医生要求更多的检查吗？应该查什么呢？

烧药之后半小时温度就降低，下午比早上烧的厉害。第四天的时候烧就退了，精神不是
特别好，但是还是去踢足球了。
第四天晚上出了很多汗，第五天早上发现脖子上起了很多red rash, 身上和四肢都有，
很痒，（脖子上的类似玫瑰疹，不痒，身上的像hives 很痒）。 第五天下午去看医生
，体温正常，眼睛稍微红，下嘴唇有些红，舌头很白有点点。医生先做了strep test
结果正常。我问医生是不是川崎病，医生回答50%可能性，于是去抽完血就回家了。第6
天早上起来后儿子脸上的rash变多了，其他没有特别明显的改变，我仔细观察的手和脚
，发现脚趾间和脚心那里稍微有点脱皮。
我的一个很大的疑虑是孩子现在的体温在97-99之间，为什么我总觉得他的额头和身上
比平时要热一些呢？他现在一睡觉就出好多汗，是虚弱吗？

used (sisley, caudalie, etc). If the others are sands this one is silt..
clarisonic does exfoliate， but in a very mild way. if you lift the brush
head you can see dead skin sediment...a little disgusting though..
i stopped using exfoliators after i started on clarisonic. But again it
depends on your skin condition and your needs. I'm rather conservative in
that aspect, don't want to stress my skin too much. |

Feline Urological Syndrone。开了一小瓶Buprenex止痛镇静，一小瓶Prazosin舒张尿
路肌肉。
解释了引起FLUTD的各种原因，饮食、环境给了一些建议。让接回家密切观察。。。也
不知道晚上这胶囊药丸要怎么喂给这掰不开嘴的夺猫。。。
附一张X-ray，说是The bladder had an increased opacity which may represent a

可能是要送到外面的实验室去confirm一下。
proteinuria一般要结合sp gravity,这个最重要。
还有是不是有感染，是不是有UTI这些。
我估计你的vet比较担心的是有lyme positive的狗，如果伴随proteinuria的话，有可
能是early lyme nephropathy，就是说lyme发展到肾脏里了。所以他想进一步检查一下
，或者排除或者要早治疗。
我觉得你可以给他电话问问，他想做什么尿检，是不是要送到外面的lab做的那种。然
后也问问他担心的是什么。
当然，你可以要具体报告，也可以要求他们复印或者扫描一份给你。你的狗，你付钱了
