, 比如每年国内奥赛得金牌的父母有些是工人农民, 而美国奥赛的小孩家长都是有两把
刷子的非普通人。
美国是一个靠百分之一精英驱动的国家，这一点也不难从他们的教育看出来。
以高中来说，大多数公立学校对学生要求很低，毕竟是纳税人的孩子，只是保证学生在
上学而已，可以说那里的学生就是我们在大多数美国“青春电影”里看到的，可能基本
数学都掌握的不怎么样。比如说学生毕业后假如成为了收银员，94块为了方便钱你给了
104，他们不会直接找10块，而是推给你钱，然后找6块。
相比之下，精英私校或者顶级公校在应试方面甚至类似于中国高考，同时还要为大学申
请参加、组织各项比赛、活动。日后他们就成了硅谷创业人、华尔街大佬、政界的所谓
精英，成为1-2％的人。
要说反智，我认为还是要考虑教育环境。我的意见是：中国在平均水平的基础教育已经

一下为什么会有销售这样做，而且越是大众品牌象4大神车的有经验的销售越有可能这
样。
首先几乎所有销售人员的底薪都非常低，收入全靠成交以后的提成。多年前我给本田，
Chevy打工时，月薪只有400，要想有饭吃全靠提成。现在我不淸楚情况，估计也不会太
高。一个客人从进门，试驾，交谈，起码一到两个小时。如果客人今天不买车，销售员
就纯粹学雷锋了。客人离开以后再回来找同一个人买车的几率非常低，这个销售的时间
就是白费，而且可能耽误他接待其他可能买车的客人。
第二，对于大众品牌来说，大部分客人都是deal seeker，不是冲服务态度来的。咱们
版上有几个人说过我在这里买车因为态度好，我愿意比另一家多付100块?
还有其他的细节，有时间再写吧。我的意思是了解他们的处境以后，再遇到态度不是很
