This is cheaper than any other site or ebay. All other sites are $599 for a
pair of dumbells, and some charge hundreds of dollars for shipping. A pair
from amazon would only be $414.08 with free shipping.

精确到1磅。不过后来还是嫌调起重量来太费劲，又咬牙买了SelectTech 552。
所以我现在都建议一步到位。
而且这种哑铃如果你想用7.5磅的，你只好用一个5磅和一个2.5磅的铁片配，
每个哑铃都不平衡。所以，你自己决定吧。买这种的话，要做好准备经常停
住DVD换重量。
还有，和对小苏的建议一样，收到包裹后，别急着马上开始，先好好读一下
它带来的两本册子，尤其是它的nutrition guide，然后再preview一下DVD。
另外，这里有Fit Test和Workout Sheets，你可以印下来用。

5，7.5，10，12.5，15，17.5，20，22.5，25，30，35，40，45，50，52.5
我最初买的是那种靠换铁片调重量的哑铃，后来还是买了Bowflex的
SelectTech。我是在Craigslist上买的。
要是暂时不想花那么多钱呢，也可以先买band。Beachbody每个DVD的每个
力量练习动作，基本都有用band的示范。有些porgram还带一个或几个band。
其实，想减肥的，尤其是女生不愿意举重的话，Beachbody的Turbo Jam和
Slim in 6等都是很好的program。只不过我比较推崇P90X和ChaLEAN Extreme
罢了。 |

发帖数: 5241 | 49 P90X时间比较长，一般Cardio和力量练习都是一个小时左右，练力量的那几天还要加16
分钟的腹肌。然后每周有一天是瑜伽，95分钟。
如果没有那么多时间的话，那建议练ChaLean Extreme。但是ChaLean Extreme比P90X强
度低些。
至于哑铃，20磅可能是不太够。而且你可能还需要些轻点的练肩。我有些动作像Lawn
Mower（练背的）都用４，５０磅的哑铃了。可以到Craigslist看看。我建议买50磅一
个的SelectTech或者Power Block。这个是一次性投资，可以用很多年呢。还有就是
P90X需要一个Pullup Bar和一个瑜伽垫子。 |
