近期，英国谢菲尔德大学研究人员发表论文称，每天补充番茄红素可改善年轻健康男性
的精子活力和形态。
这一结论来自一项双盲实验。研究人员发现，每天补充14毫克的乳番茄红素（
lactolycopene）可改善年轻健康男性的精子活力和形态。这一剂量相当于每天食用2公
斤熟番茄或2汤匙浓缩番茄泥。
番茄红素是一种类胡萝卜素，是成熟番茄中的主要色素，广泛存在于番茄、番茄制品及
西瓜、葡萄柚等水果中。新鲜番茄中的番茄红素生物利用度较低，可以通过加工、加热
、用油烹饪等方式提高。
研究人员在实验中使用的是一种叫做乳番茄红素补充剂，可以增强肠道吸收。
在为期12周的实验中，60名健康男性被招募并随机分配到两个双盲实验小组，分别服用
14毫克/天的乳番茄红素或者相同剂量的安慰剂。
由于这是一项双盲实验，实验过程中，研究小组与被测验者都不知道被测者所属的组别

在一个open enrollment 的学校上课,就是你付钱,就可以上的那种.老师是一个教学风
格很随便的,上课开玩笑,讲sport,一共一学期15课,还安排了2堂课看电影,一个是
wedding crashers..第一堂课是introduction和test,一堂课因为特殊情况被cancelled
了,所以连头到尾算起来就是11节课.而课的assignments是两篇文章,每篇3个draft.第
一和第二个draft不会算分,professor只写comments,只有最后一个draft才会算分.学期
的总分就是两篇作文的最后分数加课堂表现.
在上课之前从来没有想到自己会被plagiarism这个词栽跟头.也没有想到美国人对这个
concept看成是steal,和cheater一样.这个老师的思维是美国式教学.他是美国人,上课

多刀啊，幸亏当时还是把保险信息给那个lab了。
请问这种是极特殊的情况吗？我以前听说没有保险可以讲价，但是这次的lab说没有保

我现在也是快8周了，7周检查出空囊，医生说下周验血，如果没下降到理想的程度要手
术。
她说手术全麻，我问她怎么会有空囊，她说受精卵一部分要发育成胎盘，这部分on
track；另一部分要发育成胎儿，这部分没有发育好。（网上说是染色体没有组合好。
）她还告诉我就那2，3天，她诊断了好几例同样状况的，可以说空囊是非常普遍。
mm如果要检查，去查一下lg的精子吧，去做semen analysis，很简单也花不了什么钱，
一般保险都cover，bless |
