发帖数: 1184 | 1 一般来说贷款银行对second home都要求有一个合理的解释。也就是说贷款人需要能够
从逻辑上说服银行凭什么自己需要在这个房子偶尔住一下而大部分时间仍然是住在
primary residence里面。通常有如下要求和理由：
要求：
1.Second Home绝对不可以离primary residence太近。比如50 mile只内从primary
home开车一下就到了，没理由买那么近的second home。
2.Seond Home一般不能比primary home贵，大或者豪华。因为通常人们的自住屋是自己
最好的一个房子。
理由：
1.Second home坐落在风景区或者旅游胜地，全家偶尔可以去那里住一段时间放个假放
松一下。
2.Seond home距离儿女上学或工作的地方比较近，自己偶尔过去住一下看看孩子。
3.公司的总部（或重要部门）在second home边上，自己偶尔过去参加个seminar或者
exhibition，而从primary home每个月都飞过去通勤开销太大。
或者其他等等从逻辑上说的通的理由，让银行认为这个房子需要申请人偶尔过去住一下

house, bigger car. You need to drive double time for the extracurriumlumn
activities. You will have no personal time for a few years at least.
Your own health can be hurt at certain degree for the birth especially at
the older age. Your career will be impacted. You will have to work much
longer in order to raise the kids and get enough money for your own
retirement. You will miss a lot of funs for yourself.

昨天跑了一趟之后，今天再去The wave的TH已是轻车熟路。我们到的时候是第二辆车，
边上两个国内来旅游的年轻夫妻正准备出发。和昨天的艳阳高照相比，今天是真冷，风
呼呼的。我们都穿着羽绒服，紧紧地裹着帽子；我把许可证挂在背包顶带的拉链上，许
可证一路被风吹得直扇我耳朵，疼... 不知道BLM是不是因为收到了很多抱怨，新版的
地图加上了返程的6张照片，一共有12张了。每张照片都辅以文字说明、GPS和bearing
，最好用的其实还是bearing，站在一个点，顺着bearing所指方向目所能及的最远处就
是下一个点，跟照片对起来很是吻合。
离开停车场后，穿过马路，就是trail的起点。BLM的地图说明第一段路是顺着山坡上的
小径、穿过一道铁门、下到山坡另一侧的washout上，其实从入口处沿着washout绕过山
