俺孩子上了高中之后，从理论上讲，可以选择各种课外活动、加入各种社团（该高中号
称有八十多个！）。孩子在几个同学的鼓动下，就进了Marching Band。
话说这个Marching Band，其主要任务就是在校际美式足球比赛的主场中间休息的时候
，去场上表演。但是Marching Band 自己，也有地区性或全国性的独立的比赛。比如下
面这个油管就显示了一个强大的高中 Marching Band:
尤其是第二个视频里面显示的Woodlands High School，其Marching Band 的队形变化
之复杂，实在是令人叹为观止。加上其 Marching Band 的队员数目超过两百人，也让
人瞠目结舌（该高中在得州，其学生来源主要是白人）。
俺孩子的学校没有这么高大上，撑死了，也只能凑个八十到一百个人的 Band。不过也

军籍。
据《纽约时报》(New York Times)报道，官员表示，该处理结果由施瓦茨提出，经
由检察官批准，并且已在两周前与陈宇晖的父母进行过协商。
2011年10月，陈宇晖在阿富汗服役时，无法忍受其他士兵的欺凌而自杀，施瓦茨时
任陈宇晖的排长。该案涉及8名士兵和军官，施瓦茨被控玩忽职守，“没能在队伍中营
造出士兵间不分种族相互尊重的氛围”，以及“没能及时阻止下属欺凌和带种族色彩辱
骂的行为”。
陈宇晖案于今年7月在军事法庭开始审理，其他7名被告均已被审理。

薪多少。然后盖个大红章。我也没有见到最后的证明。父亲单位人不多，他自己掌握着
章，所以就按我说的大概意思写了一个。
另外有一点忘说了。以前有人问当兵经历有没有影响。我父母都是70年代当过6年的兵
。陆军，班长（160我填的是sergeant)，无特殊技能。从结果上看这个经历没有影响他

点。
这段时间我自己也在思考，考虑如何改进自己。
恩，的确我是要求自己能做到的，别人也能做到，因为这些事情并不是难事，而且别人
是有能力做到而且有时间做到的。但是别人不用心做，我就很恼火。可能就是
MusicWings说到的严以律己，严以待人。我还做不到严于律己，宽于待人:(
不过这段时间思考，我觉得自己要tolerated, 抓大放小，不要每个事情就较真。向严
于律己，宽于待人努力。而且自己要再尽力多理解别人，设身处地的从别人角度着想。
虽然自己很努力朝这方面做，但是还是不够。
也正如Hanming 和 eucp， greenlands说的，要了解他们在想什么，让人相信以后的好
处。这些我自己做的还不够，因为往往那些做的不负责的officer都是快退休的而且有
大把时间的人在做，自己还不能激励到他们努力做好工作，自己也没能说出做这些
officer对他们有什么具体好处，比如说是跟大家保持联系，因为提高领导力或是提高
某个方面的技能。

警察，看起来比我还紧张，下来后不停地说sorry，又说按规定不能给我抄驾照，给了
我张名片说上面有他的警号，那个和驾照是一个意思,吧拉吧拉。我看看车子没事就打
算走，他说不行，按规定一定要报告上级-_- 他对着对讲机乌拉乌拉一通后，来了4，5
辆警车将我俩的车给围起来了，等他向其中一个sergeant报告完，那个头过来问我是否
受伤，车子是否有损坏，我说都没有我赶时间你们放我走吧...那会儿每辆从高速出来
的车都得从我们这堆车子边绕过去，每个绕过去的司机都会八卦的放慢速度看我们这群
人的西洋景...等我终于脱身开车离开后，接到个朋友打来的电话说开车经过那片好像
看到我被一群警车围上了，问我是不是犯了什么事儿-_- |
