I bought a laptop with a 24" monitor and sold the monitor separately on ebay.
The buyer told me that this monitor has no serial number, since is was
purchased as part of a system. And the serial number is apart of the
computer, meaning that I can't transfer or give him the warranty separately.
What would you suggest me to do? Thanks alot!
(I did notice that I don't give refund in the original post, but I feel I

号和part号，发现这个本在2007年10月被购买，保修期到2010年10月，并且这个笔记本
已经被注册。
我感觉如果厂家返修的话应该会换serial号或part号，而且也不应该被注册。我怀疑这
是一个二手本而不是卖家描述的那样是manufacturer refurbished的本子，但是也不知
道在网上查的信息能不能作为我的证据。 |

1.Copy/original dated store receipt or invoice
2.Original or copy of Epson product Serial Number
3.Epson product serial number label from the box
4.This Customer Rebate Summary form
这第二个和第三个难道不是一个东西？怎么处理啊？
