表以为别的species是S， 你这儿就没有SNP。
S变成T的SNP是常见的。
现在Genome测得多了，所谓的wildtype是相对的，没有绝对的wildtype.
所谓的reference 其实是most common variant，不是绝对的wild type. |

适只做这一个实验呀.不过已经拿到了测序结果了,克隆没问题可以接着往下做了:)
其实同时还做了一个5k的,主要是测这个耽误了两天. |

同学，现在实验时间往往比钱更重要，如果你做的是热门课题，至少有3个顶级实验室
同时在做这个，你只要晚一点就被scoop。
我们做实验验证的时候，同一个PCR基本用3种酶同时扩增，有一次（第一次测序失败）
同时用了3种酶，两侧各3个引物，27个PCR，54个测序一起做。 |
