free 的 medium 里，然后给一个 0.3% 的 serum step，发现细胞不会 proliferate；
如果先给一个 20%x5hr 的 serum shock，再给 0.3% 的 serum step，细胞就会
proliferate。也就是说，0.3% 的 serum level 是否会促使 proliferation，取决于
之前有没有过一个 serum shock。[1]
我的问题：如何寻找到某种提供 serum 的 stragety，可以使得细胞 proliferate，同
时使得提供给细胞的 serum 最少。也就是说，寻找某种 temporal serum level
profile，使得细胞 proliferate，同时使得这个 profile 下面的面积最小。这个问题
的生物学上意义可想而知了。目前大家主要研究的是一个信号的 on 或者 off，有或无

Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应

UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。
