话说我从小就没为此烦扰过，一是我知道遗传性的不容易去掉，我费那劲干嘛；二是因
为皮肤没有下垂毛孔大凸凹不平肤色暗沉或皱纹等等状况出现，等我什么时候皮肤出现
其他状况的时候，再老化一点，比如皱纹暗沉+雀斑，那就再去用激光打掉好了。
对spots的治疗，现代医学已经相当发达，如果你真的因此感到非常困扰，我劝你花个
几百刀去专门的皮肤科医生那里用某种激光打掉，我有好多朋友这么做了，效果都不错
。只是刚laser完了的那几周基本无法见人。
如果你不想用激光去，那么下面的产品确实有很好的淡斑效果。

发帖数: 11693 | 9 其实我还有一些别的hair treatments，效果也不错，但是这3种一起用是minimum
product达到maximum效果的combination。
洗好头用毛巾擦到最干不能更干，这时候头发的湿度刚好上product。
1. 先用paul mitchell's super skinny hair serum，挤两下，在指尖抹匀，让每根指
头之间都有一层薄薄的serum，然后让头发垂下，用手指轻轻的run through发尾比较干
枯毛躁的地方（上面不干枯的地方不用）。
2. baby oil和cottonseed curl booster合用。挤3-4下curl booster，然后倒一点
baby oil在手心，然后象给手擦hand lotion一样把两个product混合起来布满整个手心
手背和十指之间。然后，先让头发尽量分散的垂下，可以头向一边倒，让头发垂在身体
侧边，和向前鞠躬让头发向前垂下，擦几下product然后交替这几个动作。要注意手不
要一来就很鲁莽的直接向头发上bia ji一下糊上去，这样会使手上大部分的product都

我没看明白啊，对照组和实验组不应该是细胞么？
我做chamber的时候，细胞重悬在0%或者1%serum的培养液中，铺在upper plate里，
bottom well里面加10%serum培养液，细胞在serum浓度差的影响下会自发从上往下爬，
不知你的实验是如何设计的啊？

上来看贴。
我之前的问题写的不太清楚。
我有一株疫苗，这株疫苗本身的PD50（半保护剂量）是10 PFU。所以1.0e+4 PFU的注射
量，能提供完全的保护作用，可以抗击1000 LD50的野毒challenge （通常challenge是
在接种疫苗后第28天进行）。
所以，committee想知道我们的疫苗为什么能起到保护作用。他们让我做adoptive
transfer。我就尝试了2次。按常规方法，给balb/c male老鼠通过鼻腔接种1.0e+4 PFU
疫苗，在第28天时取serum，把100ul serum在同一天通过眼底静脉打到naive mice里，
24小时后，通过鼻腔注射challenge 5*LD50 的野毒。
按照道理，应该能提供保护，但老鼠都死了。
我又按同样的做法做了一遍，但这次transfer的不是serum，而是2e+7 spleenocytes，
24小时后，仍旧通过鼻腔注射challenge 5*LD50 的野毒。同样的，老鼠全死了。

细胞很稀少的情况下，CM能帮助一个细胞变成一个colony,需要的就是细胞分泌的生长
因子。我不必搞清楚那些因子。所以，我就简单的用我需要的medium，在细胞数量比较
多的情况下收集。你要是想分析细胞分泌的生长因子等，你要考虑的是serum里带来的
因子会不会会干扰你的分析，serum里高浓度的BSA会不会让你的后续分析变得困难（我
现在也面临这个问题，正在试无serum的medium）。
如果你的目的是分析细胞分泌的生长因子等，我的建议就是细胞平时用的base medium
。要细胞adopt到新的base medium往往很不容易的，有时候需要几个pass。我会在收集
的那一步，不加serum，减少BSA和serum里带来的因子。所以，我会normally split细
胞，等细胞长到50-70%的confluence,先用1X PBS把细胞洗两篇，就加base medium,在
12小时内收集medium。 |

用胖子都能倒赚。
周末买了一个，试了一下非常喜欢。这个其实是眼线笔，另加了serum可以促进睫毛生
长。如果不喜欢眼线，可以买无色的，也就是只有serum，但我建议平常不化妆或者担
心效果夸张的mm试一下这个眼线，非常不错。先说一下包装上写的，100%的女性使用两
周后明显感觉到效果。本人平常不化妆，所以拒绝夸张，另外早上也没有时间。以前试
过眼线铅笔和其他品牌的液体眼线，感觉要花好得花点时间，所以只在周末逛街用用，
实在是本人技术不过关啦。这个液体眼线非常好画，上色方便，而且不容易画花，半分

1、胆固醇对于身体功能是必不可少的
细胞膜的构建，维护和正常运作需要胆固醇。没有胆固醇，你的细胞将难以发
挥作用。胆固醇也帮助生产有利于消化脂肪的胆汁。胆汁有助于代谢脂溶性维生素
A，D，E和K。而所有这些脂溶性维生素和胆固醇一起存在于蛋黄中。
2、身体产生的胆固醇比吃的多
血液中的胆固醇主要来自肝脏和饮食。身体产生的胆固醇数量与摄入的多少有
关系。当吃低胆固醇饮食时，身体就会自己产生更多的胆固醇，这也是为什么仅仅
依靠低胆固醇饮食不能减少血液中整体胆固醇水平的原因所在。
