了很多年之后，就成了大佬，因为你卖了很多票，帮人通过了很多交易，所以就有很多
议员欠你人情，买你的帐，也有很多利益集团看你很讲腐败道德，收钱立法，肯挺你肯
信任你，所以成了总统，就特别有权力
