铺路，所以，设计的初衷就是为了自毁，才有那么多奇葩的条款。
GOP 一开始主要想从市场和经济角度想解决问题，目的就是希望降保费，但发现几乎不
可能，因为，奥巴健保给各州财政大肆发钱，各州财政很受益，尤其是小州，对他们来
说是一大笔收入。没法市场化，政府就得投钱，就是所谓的大福利，
因为“人性”的贪婪，给出的福利，历史上就没有民选政府可以收回来。。。。。。
GOP 的替代方案一个一个，就是内部不能过，因没法缩小政府的直接投入，有的还不得
不扩大，市场因素很难贯彻，这里也有保险公司的因贪婪的lobby，还有医师协会和律
师协会的 角力。
GOP 只能走政治解决，就是先 repeal，在倒逼 replace；政治解决的就是说，无论啥
结果，都跟百姓暂时无关了，是这些议员们内部角力，就是这些“玩”政治的人承担结
果。

Looks to me it will work. The only setbacks are:
1) how do you hedge in 401k? For most people there is no
short option.
2) Regular account loss is limited to 3k. A lot of hassle
to control that.
3) A lot of your cash is tied up (assuming 1:1 hedging). It
is probably only good if you really believe the market is
going no where in the coming years. |

had 2 onsites so far, got rejected by both of them. I wondered why also,
and i really wanted to email the hr and the manager that interviewed to
figure out why i was rejected. But honestly, i don't think they gonna tell
me, plus it is kind of inappropriate to ask...In the end, after talking with

我个人觉得没有后院属于硬伤，还要考虑以后resale呢
至于孩子玩，我们家后院一堆东西，可平时人家还是更喜欢去公园玩，因为孩子多吧
家里来了一堆playmates的时候，后院就活跃起来了
这房子会不会是因为setback的限制所以导致后院几乎没有？
否则不可能有人造房子的时候刻意不留点地方给后院 |

The setback lines are varianced from when the house was built in 1960 as the
foundation was placed closer to the property lines than it should have been
but it was of course too late to move the foundation so the town allowed a
slight variance of 4’ at the narrowest point and 8’ at the widest point
next to the neighbor’s yard. All was approved by the town and the title
company so there is no problem with the house having ‘clear’ title. |
