disclosure上，要不然是seller的错。如果有disclose, 可以看看什么时候建的，
如果很老，可能可以被grandfather. 如果新，可以试试找到原来的contractor问问
看看是不是有违章的地方，还是只是偷懒省钱，没有申请permit. 找新的contractor
的话，最好先问问一个熟悉santa clara的。先大概有点概念，哪里可能违章，
cost多少。要是setback violation的话，可能没什么好办法弥补了。
也要房黑到底！

It is a very good start already。中国人少有参与这种民间政治集会的经验，组织
的经验就更少了。在西方国家，游行，集会，政治campaign是个很大的学问，很多政治
活动组织者都受过专门的training。
我以前在中国和中国的草根non-profit组织有打过一些交道，美国有专门这种政治活动
集会trainer到中国开专门的课程，讲解如何进行政治集会，如何messaging，如何设计
slogan，poster，如何和媒体打交道等等等等。在他们那里都是一套很有体系的工作了。
相信中国人在这方面慢慢会grow up的，大家要support，不要泼冷水，对一些setback
也不要太frustrated，中国人对于民主政治下那一套真的是从零学起，总是需要一个过

1。加盖的second building不能高于main building。（也可以耍个花招，把加盖的部

2。second building不能用于出租
