马英九晚间在脸书发文表示，从去年12月到今年5月，包括他在内，150多名部会首长、国内外学者专家和国内外媒体，都访问太平岛，亲眼见证这个淡水充裕（南沙唯一）、农产丰富、生活机能完整的岛屿，完全符合「联合国海洋法公约」第121条关于「岛屿」必须「维持人类生存与自身经济生活」的要件。
他说，至今年4月底为止，也有430篇国际媒体完整陈述「太平岛是岛」的事实。太平岛是「岛」不是「礁」，已是国内外多数人的共识。

如果有1000个男的，1000的女的，放到一个孤岛上。理论上，他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣，但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中，有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均
每人有四个女的，于是就变得花心，在多个女的中间周旋，保持好几个炮友。而其他
800个男的就很难操上逼，心理容易出问题，有的会攻击那些Top 20%的男的，成为杀人

在一个小疗所做了一些按摩之类的治疗。医生给推荐了一个律师。
律师现在告诉我说对方愿意给$2500 settle down。然而治疗+律师
费用差不多就是这么多了，也就是说我基本啥都拿不到。
我自己有医疗保险。问了一下保险，说可以付这些。但是如果是对
方的过错，提供给保险对方信息后，保险会去找对方要钱。如果不
是，就保险正常付钱。
我是不是不应该告诉保险对方信息，而是应该让保险正常付钱？因
为都是100% cover的，对我来说没影响。对方在给律师$2500 settle
down之后，是不是从道理上就应该不付给保险钱了？不过我的治疗
在前，settle down在后，正常这样该怎么弄呢？哪位有经验的指点

以Credit的形式退给你。但是addm上只能写明是credit 来帮你cover closing cost，
如果显示出房屋condition 有问题，银行会delay贷款settle.
如果seller没有做出任何表示，取决于你对这个deal的态度，确实是很喜欢而且sales
price上也占了便宜，那可以考虑继续settle,
当然如果seller agent/seller态度差，本身这个房子就按市场价或高价在买，那可以
考虑继续讨价还价。对于seller来讲如果选择不跟你close，那他必须把房子再次放回
市场上，对他也有额外的成本。
拿到自己心爱的房子是关键，关于利率的话可以咨询自己的agent延期的问题或者
relock.

1. location在 allen， 2007年建的，建商不错，说是没有settling或是ceiling的问
题。roof已经十年了，部分修过。 坐南朝北。小学初中较好，高中一般。
2. location在plano 中部偏北， 1999年建的，建商曾经辉煌过，现在只能说是一般偏
下，说是10年前天花板漏过水当时修过，有normal settling。坐北朝南。小学一般，
初中高中好。
二者叫价差不多。就是不知道normal settling是不是大问题，毕竟第二个的学区好一
些，朝向好一些，位置也在中部。

额。
去你买的房，settle 的时候已经交了房产税，查查你的 HUD，有详细记录。一般
school tax 按学年，7月1号到来年6月30号。你在 settle 的时候应该付给卖家8月到
来年6月30号的钱，基本是全年。地产税是1月1号到12月31号，你付给卖家8月到年底的
钱。这些钱在 settle 的时候付给卖家了，不应该在贷款银行有记录。
这些都可以抵税。 |

的经验。真要成功让宝宝睡好觉，耐心会观察爱学习的爸妈是必要，而要达到这个境界

问题：什么是sleep train阿？
回答：我的看法，广义的说，是给宝宝一个合适他/她年龄的睡觉作息安排，并教
给他/她好的能持之以恒的入睡本领（可以借助工具，也可以不要）。所以sleep train
应该包括训入睡，调整时间，延长nap，nap和晚上睡觉consolidate睡整。
问题：我家这样的还需要train吗？
回答：宝宝跟宝宝不一样，主要的标准还是宝宝精神好，注意力集中，满意。如果
精神不好，烦躁就有调整的需要。 一些常见的问题是宝宝入睡难哄，折腾很久；白天
总是30，40分钟短nap，两个月以后晚上睡不到10-12个小时（中间吃迷糊奶或拍拍马上

如何录：家里有录音笔，奶爸就发出shu的声音，录下来用mp3重复放。
我是不停的放的。这方面可以再查一下。因为书上是要求人发声的，所以不可能连续到
75分钟。实在是太累，看到别人用录的声音效果不错，就试了。你可以试试看，但是少
于20分钟是肯定不够的。
winline：宝宝真的是喜欢。理论上来说，这个声音就像是宝宝在母体里，洋水环绕发
出的声音。对他来说是很有安全感的。而且，白天nap，外面很吵，shu的声音也可以帮
助一些。当然这是一般的状况，和我宝宝的经验，每个宝宝还是不一样的。如果你的宝
宝很闹的话,还是值得尝试的.

抓住听众的注意力。 但是他说的高兴以后就会有点过了，把握不好度，
比如他一开始讲不要settle还可以，稍微讲讲突出他自己的战斗性格，
就可以让听众高兴了。然后就该停止。结果他说得太高兴了，把银行
也扯进去了，一方面跑题了（银行是否跟政府settle，跟他参选毫无关系），
另一方面大家对银行在次贷的责任观感不佳，他这么说银行不该
跟政府settle, 很多人都不爱听了。
所以， 在说话时把握住程度，该停的时候就停，转向下一个话题，或者
就终止，比继续发挥要好得多。

settle同时进行，也可以设置为先Capture后手动settle，每天自己settle一次，没寄
货的或可能退款的可以等等。
最简单的就是直接问客服。 |
