先是我前一次卖的股票明明已经settle，但是我要卖下一个股票的时候跳出alert说我
的这个股票用了没有settle的fund,卖掉会如何如何。打电话去确认，前后5分钟，因为
还没有学会怎么同时设定OCA limit和止损，从挣10%到亏掉20%。
再是看着股票涨的趋势会超过我的预期，正要改前面设卖的单子的limit，服务器死掉
，十几分钟后才重新登陆。我的股票被卖掉，少挣至少5%。
又一次，明明是cash买的股票，要卖的时候，又跳处那个fress ride的alert。
和scott的人complain，被告诉可以考虑margin，这样就不用考虑settle time的问题。
OK，转成margin。问关于day trade的限定，被告诉说只要5天内不要超过3次就行。然
后往网页上有alert显示你还能多少次day trade。

2. 不管哪一天买入的，卖出后是unsettled cash，三天后settle。
2. 用unsettle cash买入后，理论上不可以卖出，直到你买入时的这笔资金settle，也

3. 其实用unsettle cash买入后也可以卖出。只是算violation，如果一个月有两次

一般来说,有margin带level 3 option的。你有3种选择。
1. 买 put 权限最低，风险最大，利益最大，纯赌博
2. short sell stock，一般来说不是每个人都能做，个别stock会有hard to borrow
fee，如果涨了超过你的资产，会收margin interest
3. short call，权限要求很大，一般新人账户做不了。
回答你的问题：
1. hard to borrow fee从settle date起算，比如你今天卖了，当天buy to cover，你
没有hit settle，这个apr是不收的。一般settle是3个business day，具体看券商通知
2. buy put就是纯赌博，对了你会赚很多，错了直接归0 |

发帖数: 1476 | 34 警察没有裁决权吧，最终谁对谁错应该由保险公司决定吧。如果双方都有错，也得分谁
错的多谁错的少。一般事故双方都全赖到对方的错，最终双方保险公司不一定会达成一
致决定，如果双方能达成某个决定，case 可以算settle了。达不成一致决定，人家可
以选择走法庭这条路的，但如果是小事故，上法庭劳民伤财，双方保险公司更愿意让第
三方来裁决，如果大家各说各有理，又没有证人，警察如果不在现场，警察的报告顶多
做个参考，如果公说公有理，婆说婆有理，第三方也没法决定谁对谁错，这样可能就是
你说的双方各付５０％责任，自己的损失由自己的保险公司。
如果对方claim了事故，你的保险公司就会知道你的事故，为啥不让保险公司赔偿损失
了。要是小事故不想让保险公司知道，为了不影响以后的保险，双方可以私了。如果已
经走保险公司这条路了，只能顺了这条路走下去知道settle为止，要么双方保险公司达

第一：遇到这种事情你还考虑保险涨不涨的问题？？等你越往后事越多你就不会顾及到
这个了。搞不好还要让你deposition,如果不能和解还要上法庭。麻烦的事多呢，到时
候你恨不得甩个2000块给他，让他别烦你了。那时候你还会在意一年涨个200块的保险？
第二：从好的方面讲，你这10万/20万的保险limit根本不用担心。全部交给保险吧。根
本不用想自己请律师，这属于没事找事，要不你干脆从头就别买保险了。买了保险却不
放心他们的律师，这何苦呢。保险公司的律师不是吃素的，处理过几百几千个这种case
，肯定不会随她的意的。但是你也别指望你不付钱。这种case十之八九我猜可能保险还
是得付她8000-30000不准，取决于她的medical report的严重度和可信度。美国的制度
还是有很大的漏洞的。这种轻微被蹭的case想诈你个倾家荡产不可能，但是发笔小财还
是很容易的。很多穷人区的人整天就盼着这种例子，再加上无良律师等着这种case，保

我认为最苦的就是煎熬期，到了settle down的阶段只是简单的琐碎繁忙而不是压力大。
煎熬其就是工作压力超大，而且还没绿卡，工作业绩影响老板对你印象，影响你办绿卡
速度。搞不好工作丢了绿卡没了。
另外工作还没到稳定期，这得一段时间的积累和尝试，才能找到自己喜欢和收入高的工
作，很多人都是到了35-40才能settle一份比较好的工作。
我根本不怕繁忙。 其实等我settle好了，工作也着落了，天天累点没啥，没什么心理
