wikipedia里面的food allergy词条，里面说75%（“seventy-five percent")对牛奶过
敏的孩子对加工/加热过的奶制品可以耐受，但花生过敏无解。所以，这个东西的确有
很多细微差别，因不同蛋白而已。
里面也提到，小孩子过敏在美国非常多（4-8%！），多于其他国家，但年龄增大到一定
