和公司新老板不和，三个月前开始骑驴找马，找到并接受下家offer以后，故意怠工，
同时暗示老板可以layoff我。结果给了两个月severance,而且由于是公司terminate，
所以逃过了绿卡赔付。当初办绿卡时协议是我辞职，要赔绿卡钱，如果公司terminate
，就不用付。
此外还有PTO payout,也有一个月的工资。 |
