从弈搏学的角度来考虑，应该留下来做 PIP。原因如下：
情况一：假如你无论如何努力，PIP 的结果都是走人
对于这种情况，你磨洋工三个月，也可以拿到三个月的工资，跟你拿三个月的
severance package 的钱是一样的，还可以有医疗保险什么的。反正干得好不好都一样
，那你可以用这三个月的时间来找新工作。
情况二：假如有信心 PIP 可以过关，可以继续留下来
对于这种情况，那就正常工作。如果老板不是有意为难你，三个月过后就啥事都没有了
。而且这三个月并不妨碍你找新工作。如果新工作很好的话，你也不在乎那一、两个月
的 severance package 了，对不？
因此如果 severance package 是三个月，PIP 也是三个月的话，留下来PIP是佳选择。
但如果 severance package 是十二个月，PIP是三个月，而且 PIP 完成之后不能拿
severance package 的话，我倾向于拿 severance 走人。 |
