我从三月就开始找工作了，由于很多公司都不提供H1B transfer导致现在也没有找到，
当然，自身也有原因，一个是英语不好，一个是不会表达以致自己的能力在面试的时候
完全没有表现出来，所以很多情况都是败在HR那关，都没有机会做技术面试。有些机会
我看我满足至少90%的要求，投完后都没有消息。 现在的情况对我来说很不利，今天领
导告诉我，公司有些小项目我可以去，但工资太低了，要我出来找找其它机会。
我想了很久，现在去ICC，我提要求，他们会满足一部分，但呆在一个10多人的阿三组
，我死是迟早的事。就这培训的几个月里，他们的表面工作做得相当好， report只发
给manager的manager，都不经过我的manger。所以他们要是想黑我，太容易了。 在培
训的这程中，他们就有一lead打我小报告。他们在我正在帮他们的前提下打我的小报告
，以后就更不用说了。

问题不能马上入职，所以没能去成。我打算今年再试试看，给当时面的Manager再发个
邮件看看。

澳洲老几说他的公司正面临第三拨裁员，可他还有精力操劳未来人俱乐部的事情，真是
敬佩！
全球裁员的风暴好像越来越猛，我们省也不列外。这几天媒体狂轰滥炸报道财政预算赤
字的巨大缺口-- 6.3 Billion，政府和靠政府预算的教育卫生部门都将不可避免地面临
精简裁员。上周四省儿童医院裁掉10名注册护士，用实习护士取代，节省开支是主要原
因。看新闻，觉得耳旁凉风嗖嗖，等我接到闺友的电话，鼓膜已被那边已是狂风暴雨泪
涟涟“冰呆了”！
闺友的丈夫，一个十多年的“挨踢男”和好几位同事得了一小时通知，走人了。虽然有
几个月薪水的“package”，还是如五雷轰顶。这一个长周末，过得好不安生。周围的
