(说地土一点就是90年代说的"旅游鞋",现泛指各类运动鞋,经典款Converse帆布鞋;
slipper是拖鞋,sandal泛指凉鞋,人字拖是flip flop.)
4.女士服装里full dress 和half dress 各是什么？长裙？短裙？还有女士服装中
的dress和blouse各翻译成中文什么？shawl和scarf有区别吗？都可以当披肩和围巾？

开车到位于Discovery Park附近的Indian Culture Center，去看印第安人一年一度的
Powwow，到的时候天气已经非常之好，把车停在公园的parking lot，在公园的trail上
走了1英里左右，我们到了Indian Culture Center，远远的都已经听到那里震心的鼓声
，和印第安人所特有的歌声，演出已经开始了。
Pow Wow 原是北美原住民聚集交易货物的集会。在十九世纪初，演化为Grass Dance
Societies，本为原住民斗士以跳舞的形式在族人面前表彰他們的功绩的活動。
如今的Pow Wow由此演化而來，成为原住民维系传统的聚会活动，他們借着歌唱、舞蹈
和手工藝品來传承荣誉等传统文化价值。
5块钱的进场费，整个会场，参加活动的印第安人很多，像我们一样来参观的人也很多
，络绎不绝。眼前的这些印第安人按照部落为单位，聚集在一起，又敲鼓唱歌的，有准
备服装准备到中间大草坪上参加舞蹈比赛的。印第安人的舞蹈分类很多，由少年的，由

发帖数: 232 | 31 出了泰姬陵后心情大好，结果就被导游拉着去购物了。有一种天下乌鸦一般黑的感觉。
记得韩国导游也带去购物，那就含蓄多了。先是去当年匠人的后裔那里看这门儿古老的
往大理石上镶宝石的技术。号称都是手工，只有本地有。我半信半疑，也不知道是忽悠
还是真的。进去先简单介绍一下工艺流程，这个我还算懂，最后说是一种胶水的秘方是
关键，还特意和可口可乐秘方比较了一下。其实大部分的秘方就是没有秘方。这些大理
石嵌稀有半稀有石片儿的东西有桌面儿，从很小到很大，花瓶等等。很多价格不菲。可
惜除了石头面儿，其它做工极差。比如一个茶几很漂亮，可是木架子摇摇晃晃的，大煞
风景。后来被忽悠的决定买两个小盒子给小朋友们。接下来又非带我去珠宝店，说是当
地的两种宝石，黑色和红色的。看上去还不错，但是我又不懂，不大想买。尤其是两百
美元的项链挂坠，如果换成银的就便宜一半，被我推算出这些石头一文不值，至少比那
18k的金子便宜很多。于是又带我看楼上的民族服装什么的，买了些印度的shawl和踢恤
衫。接下来又说要去一家毛毯店，被我以肚子饿拒绝了。
去吃饭了，导游司机倒是有经验，带去一家环境很好，可以坐在后花园里露天吃饭的地
