just Fantasy although that is looking damn good all by itself. My Sci-Fi
list last year was only 7 books long, which grew a little with the year, but
it was so short I combined it with UR and Steampunk picks. This year Sci-Fi
warrants a post all its own with loads of debuts and returning stars. The
people claiming Sci-fi is dying or already dead should shear the wool off
their eyes and see what is brewing.

（一）
6月份的天气正好呀，看着夏日炎炎，风却是异常的凉爽沁人，像山上的感觉。周末清
晨在树荫下迎着这凉爽的风跑步，内心涌现一股深深的纯纯的简单快乐，却抵得过所有
爱恨情仇的快乐。一刻值千金的感觉。
我想，这是不是说明我的大脑比以前少了一些涣散呢。以前肯定也经历过这么美好的夏
天，可惜心思都不在当下，都在别的事物上，所以错过了这良辰美景。呵呵。

转眼半年就过去了。回头看看这半年歪歪扭扭的心路历程，进步很小，所幸却不曾放弃。

precipitation 反应的buffer）里取了一部分跑电泳，发现genomic带很清晰，smear分
子量都很大，并且很黯淡，这种情况下能在dilution buffer里紧急大功率补sonicate

16日，人民大学化学系主任曹廷炳教授从高楼跳下后身亡。
曹教授是1973年生，属于青年才俊，北大博士毕业后去哈佛跟随某大牛做了3年博士后
，2005年被人大引进。几年来，科研成就不错，2011年11月还在《德国应用化学》这样
的牛刊上发表论文。
据说，曹自杀原因在于压力过大，而且化学系人际关系紧张。跳楼后留下了遗书，妻子
无工作，孩子很小很小。
人间惨剧啊！看来，人大这样的文科学校，校级领导都是文科出身，确实没有孕育理科
的环境，不适合建立理工科院系，或者说短期内人大校领导想出政绩很难！你看，都出
了人命！！！
愿逝者安息！望生者引以为戒！

DNA shearing to 150-700 bp, Input DNA 量是～100ug，抗体用Abcam的anti-HA （
ChIP grade， 5ug for each IP）
抗体结合的buffer 配方是（ChIP dilution buffer： 20mMTrisHC PH8.0， EDTA PH8.
0 2mM, NaCl 150mM, SDS 0.01%, TritonX-100 1%）. 抗体incubate Overnight,
millipore的beads用dilution buffer 洗三遍，然后BSA block overnight 第二天加进
去，3-4hours.
还有，做的是tissue的ChIP（表达这个TF的细胞只占细胞总数的8%-10%），为了让固定
的1%甲醛渗透更快点，用tripsin消化了
组织（之前直接用SDS裂解组织也做过，效果也不好），固定10min.
wash： 1 low salt ->1 high salt->1 LiCL suffer->2* TE
