其实，不要说企业的balance sheet,就全世界的不论什么行业的balance sheet所反映
和记载的会计意义都是一样的。也就是说，不论是公司会计，政府会计还是什么污七八
糟的什么行业会计，比方货币金融会计，预算会计等等，其balance sheet所记载和反
映的会计意义不会变化。
就是说：“资产 = 负债 + 股东权益” 和 “1+1=2” 的道理一样，是永恒的真理，
是如何人不可以改变的。如果扭着头硬要给变了，那就是你的错了。
中国的央行也一样，他是中国所有商业银行的行政管理机构，同时承担着国家货币发行
职能。但归根结底，它不过就是中国财政预算下的银行业的总头子而已。所有它的
balance sheet，不会也不可能是超越 “资产 = 负债 + 股东权益” 以外的非人间神
器。而是必须老老实实的遵守会计学的基本理论和原则。它汇总报给财政部的会计报表
必须不折不扣，一丝不苟的，一行不漏，一字不差的确保做到：

1. mattress pad, 又叫 mattress topper 或 mattress protector，就是一个床垫保
护层，大多能防水。好的床垫很贵，你不想让床垫污迹斑斑的话，最好铺一层。
2. fitted sheet，四角多有松紧带，正好蒙住床垫（含保护层），人睡在上面。
3. flat sheet, 比床宽得多的单层，一般会把脚底的两个角塞进床垫，而上面不塞，
方便人睡进去。
4. comforter，就是我们知道的被子，quilt则是三层织布叠加缝合成的薄被。
5. bedspreads或coverlets，盖在被子上。除了装饰作用，天热时被子拿掉可直接盖在
flat sheet上。
在旅馆，comforter，bedspreads只按季换，但fitted/flat sheet要天天换。如果你换
洗得勤，也是每天一换，你喜欢被套还是被单？ |

1.MASS - 在音源和你之间放质量大的障碍物，比方说砖墙DRYWALL之类的重物
2.DAMPEN - 在音源和你之间放能够衰减声波震动的东东
3.DECOUPLE - 把声波传播经过的紧贴两层东东适度隔开，减少共振
4.ABSORPT - 在室内贴吸音材料，防止声波在室内二次反射
所有的隔音工程采用的手段无外乎以上四种，而以上四种手段对于不同的声音传播和隔
音需要又各有千秋，所以具体施工过程中要知道如何灵活运用。
你家楼上走路的脚步声和说话声是两种不同的声音传播，前者是直接踩在地板上引起震
动，后者是声音在空气中钻过楼板之间的空隙传播。所以各自的隔音手法也不同。前者
要用decouple来处理，如果二楼铺的是木地板，搞不好铺地板时候没铺underlayment，
这个你最好要先检查一下。还有就是楼层之间的drywall，最好能拆开现有drywall
sheet,在JOIST上加装noiseproofing clips，这样一来，楼上有人走路造成的震动不会

挂了，过了几分钟又打过来，说要financial review，我的所有的amex卡都不能用了，

CSR让我把我最近三个月的bank statements传真到800-219-8549，然后昨天我就传真过
去了，虽然我银行账户里的钱肯定足够还信用卡了，但是心里还是担心被关卡，因为之
前看到好多人都木有通过f/r，然后所有的卡就关了。今天上午打电话给financial
review department, 客服说收到了，会尽快处理，然后2个小时以后客服打来电话就通
过了。。。

bumper may not be 100% cotton, but the sheet should be (and better be) 100%
cotton. I got two more sheets since that would be changed frequently.
There are 4-piece or even 6-piece, 10-piece sets out there for more bucks.
But in my opinion, only bumper, comforter and sheet are the absolute
necessary. So if you are on budget, get the 3-piece set.

新的OT的法律要在2015年，也就是马上生效。那时候如果住家保姆也有Lisa Fong这
样的人的话，杀伤力就更大了。

comments penned by admissions officers on their applications because of a
1974 Department of Education act that holds that the documents must be
accessible under federal law, according to Director of Admissions Marlyn E.

Not sure about bedding set 和 comforter sheet.
Typical "bed in a bag" has comforter, sheet set(fitted & flat sheets, pillow
cases or shams) and bed skirt.
Quilt sheet is more for decoration purpose? I'm not sure. |

Anyway, for bed sheet, I only use fitted bed sheet.
by doing this, my flat bed sheets can be put into something useful: A Penny-
Saver-Version 被罩. |
