其次，不要用Glue Sheet来粘正常反胶，会改变胶皮打起来的手感，胶皮会发僵，
Rakza7这种内能胶皮用Glue sheet粘是糟踏了它的内能特性了。
另外，灌油如果从来没干过，最好用旧胶皮practice一下, 不然你会后悔得哭的。
最后，还是多刷几层rubber Cement吧，反正任何胶皮都要在海绵上积了一定厚度的胶
水层才会好打些的。 |

上枕套才够。是比较薄，不过可以选看起来厚实点的布。
最近买了布刚刚又作了一套，一个三人沙发的，一个双人的。在joann买的布，有50%
off，好像是3刀左右一个yard，我做的样子比较简单，大概用了15-16yard的布，买了
20多yard没用完，剩下的估计还可以做一个单人沙发的外加几个靠垫。 |

程师，三个老板，两个画图的，一个办公室人员（接电话，收邮件之类的），一个财务。
最近一个多月老板都没有给我什么活做，我的time sheet chargebility 小于10%。我
们没有活时就在timesheet上填general overhead。可是奇怪的是，公司三个星期前lay
off了两个人，竟然没有我。当然那两个人的chargebility也很低。现在公司其他人也
和我一样。比如今天，什么事也没有，估计在time sheet 上要填general overhead8小
时了。
我也不知道该怎么办，是不是要发发简历，找找下家？我觉得这种情况没法长久啊，我
们要拿工资，没有活，老板那什么发工资？现在外面civil/structural的其他firm怎么
样啊？有没有还要找人的？ |
