arm to the wheel hub (rotor/wheel bearing). It physically sits right under nead the
strut, and to the inside of the hub.
a bad ball joint could cause a shimmy steering wheel, fuzzy steering, and
non-adjustable front wheel alignment.

。于是决定重操旧业，每周抽出一到两天到GYM练习肚皮舞。想问一问这里的妹妹有没
有愿意同去的，现在这里做一个调查。
人数足够多的话，姐姐我打算组一个肚皮舞班（免费的），一来增进舞蹈技能，
互通有无，party的时候可以烧包一下。二来，人多也是一个压力，可以帮助大家互相
监督，长久的坚持下去，瘦身塑性。
我打算先交一些基本的动作，等大家熟练以后，会教一些shimmy（就是不停地抖
的那种），最后看大家的情况会教一些简单的舞码，形势好的话可以给今后的联欢活动

当时不知道自己见证的史上第一人的巅峰期，只是觉得这个人怎么这么厉害。98年后又
看了几年NBA，越看越没劲，后来终于只看总决赛了。除了帮主，20年来NBA另外一个变

Often as not, the best way to work a jig is doing nothing at all. Start by
tying the jig properly. The knot should be pulled to the top of the hook-eye
so the jig hangs perpendicular to the line. Then lower the jig to fish
level and do your best to hold it there without moving it at all. You may
think the jig is perfectly still, but it will shimmy ever so slightly, like
a minnow finning in the water, with just enough action to draw the attention

明，于是尽量避免扭的动作，比如salsa就来了一小节，动作还极其基本，一节跳毕场
下的拉丁大妈一片哗然，姑娘感觉的有点不好意思，于是说，这是salsa toning，练胳
膊的

就是这个边shimmy边唱的部分，刚才有点觉得难度很大。。。
也许有这个可能吧。。。但是气息怎么可能保持平稳呢。。。
抖动虽然上半身是ISOLATED的，但是动作还是会牵动到膈膜。。。
不过觉得很有趣。。。可以多练练看看。。。 |

膀来带动的。我如果是低频的话，可以肩膀来带动；但是一旦频率高起来，肩膀就跟不
上、做不出来，除非是用胸来带动、肩膀跟着，不知道这样做是不是正确的？有人有同

真是好呀，我现在算知道为什么我觉得我的saab handling一般了，车况一般了。人家
的那辆，handling 紧紧地，回馈不错。 turbo有力，相比之下，我的turbo真是不行了
。行驶平稳，没有shimmy，没有任何杂音，任何油迹。最好的是gear,那叫一个顺呀，
一个指头就能拨动，还很有弹性，不像我的车，要对转速。clutch非常干脆。sign....
打算找一辆这种车况的，买到我这辆了 |

on a RWD volvo, felt very bad once over 50mph, shimmy all the time, and the
noise was deafening..that is why we went for Nokian NRW -- not studded but
at least could live with on freeway

Orlando area stores for $179 (normally $299). According to the reviews, it
seems like people other parts of the country are getting this price as well.
This seems like a great price for ball-bearing drawers, and they did seem
pretty sturdy as well (for homeowner use anyway). They also had very nice,
heavy duty castors on them that didn't "jerk" around or shimmy when
maneuvering the cart.
